This is a good place to go if you want to just watch sports and drink or socialize, but not to eat. The chicken wings were dried out and barely sauced. I didn’t even get them until I asked for my check. The fish from fish n chip looked and tasted worse than what you can by in the grocery store frozen section. I didn’t even think it was fish. My waitress was more interested in socializing with the locals and hanging out for shots than being attentive. When her co-worker noticed and tried to assist and take our order, she the rushed over and seemed bothered that he tried to help. She had to be reminded by other staff that the wings had been waiting. The only thing that tasted ok was the chicken wrap and tater tots.

Met up here with a buddy for drinks & we decided to order nachos and some wings. We sat at the bar directly facing the service window and could see our food sitting for about 10 minutes being ignored/passed over by every server. When it got to us, 10+ mins later, it was unexpectedly cold yet still delicious; wings are amazing. I’d like to come back as the place has a great atmosphere, kind service & impressive menu but we’ll see.

First time here. Was able to sit at the bar. Asked for a drink menu, they don’t have an actual drink menu but they do list all the available alcohol on the back of the regular menu. Ordered an amertto sour which was good. Ordered the egg rolls and zucchini sticks which were both really good. They give a good amount of the zucchini sticks. Prices were good. Service was ok, nothing special. Bar was busy but everything did come out quickly. Overall it was nice to try.

WOW! My server was unreal, Sarie. So easy. She even poured my drink into a styrofoam cup because my joints were hurting. That short Liam boy had an easygoing vibe to him. I LOVE THE BOX! I will be coming here daily soon.

All things considered i would recommend this place. Service was pretty good woth a pleasant server. Burger was made incorrectly. The server took it back to be corrected. When the food returned the burger was correct but the fries were ice cold. I didnt bother to send them back too. Great place to watch the game because of multiple tvs. Plus it is decorated cute for Halloween.

Food is always great but yesterday we received the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. To start off our experience, our server practically threw a single menu at our table and asked if we were ready to order. She never said “Hi, I’m X, I’m going to be your server today, what can I get you started with to drink?”.
She brought out our drinks and appetizer, after about 30 minutes, we were able to order our food.
She never came back to check on us or ask us if we needed anything else. (Also never gave us silverware, just napkins..)
What pushed me over the edge was watching our hot food sit in the window for 20 minutes while our server and others walked past it MULTIPLE times.
I made my husband throw cash down for our drinks and apps & we walked out.
We’re pretty upset considering we love the box & it’s so close to home but we won’t be back for a very very long time and if we do, it’ll be Togo orders only.
Hopefully owners and management will train their staff correctly.

The food here is actually pretty good, but the bartending staff completely ruins the experience. Every single time I have come here and sat at the bar, Ive had poor service. I’m not talking 50% of the time I’ve visited or 75% of the time I’ve visited, I’m talking 100% of the time I have visited this establishment and sat down at the bar, the bartending staff has literally had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a bar. The only way I can really put it into words is that they all seem to have a negative chip on their shoulder and come across as hating the fact that they are at work. I don’t think I’ve ever seen one of them smile while I’ve been there. At least not in front of me.They also clearly cater to the regulars and completely dismiss people who don’t show up there five days a week. Tonight‘s experience was the last straw, and I will never return (because it has literally been the exact same negative and off putting experience every single time I’ve gone there). Which sucks since I live within five minutes of there. I met a friend after work tonight and we literally left due to the poor service and went to another restaurant right down the street where 100% of the time we get good food and great service. If you visit here, sit at a table. That will most likely be the only way you’ll get someone who actually appreciates you being there.

Good selection and food to match. Friendly service with a quick kitchen. Nice club sandwich and surprisingly good side salad. Nice helping of fries. The pretzel app was good but small. Lovely cheese sauce and mustard with it. They were way under staffed but they gave it their best.
