The place is very dirty. The food tastes stale, and there’s years of dust on the walls. Look at the photos. This is a very unpleasant establishment, although the staff is polite. The manager in charge of this branch should be fired immediately.

I was kind of worried coming here with all the bad reviews.But I really was craving some arby’s. I had a wait a couple minutes for my food which was disappointing when the fries weren’t super hot.Considering I had a wait for my food. But it tastes all good. And the lovely lady at the window, I think her name was Jada. That was on the receipt. She was very sweet and had a really resonating personality coming through that speaker.

Over the last 2 months, I’ve went through the drive through to order a milkshake, I’ve probably been there over 10 times the machine was only working one of the 10 times you need to take and throw that machine away and buy a new 1.

Friday night 10 pm, pull up to speaker as workers inside look at me,hello, hello, nothing, go inside, oh we’re closed,as a minimum of 6 kids are running around lobby with food and drink, now I’m at Popeyes, while waiting persons come in yelling MsKim, Ms Kim, as the gentleman waits at the counter and is given free food and drink, the young lady steps in front of everyone at Popeyes and is given free food from there as again I wait, and of course have to pay.Is it just me, or is something wrong with this picture. How exactly is the owner making any money if his food is walking out the door.Obviously the mgt team has a lil something to do with it.Extend your hours and do better Arby’s, People keep getting in line, but youre closed and missing out on a lot of money, including mine.

Called ahead to make sure they had their new new Angus cheesesteak sub. Tell me they have it. I drive all the way there. I get told that they are currently out. Call that around 5:45. It is now currently 7: 45. shame. Tried using there link below but when you send in the complaint form get told url not accepted. Tried on computer and phone. Smh
