Quality food and a tasty drink! This was the first time visiting this location, but it is by far the best Dunkin I have tried here in Indiana. The avocado toast was perfectly made and delicious. The donut actually tasted fresh and was not all dried out like they are at other locations. The coffee did not look like the picture which was disappointing, but it was still decent.

I have gone to this dunkin literally probably like 100 times since I was a kid. I don’t care for coffee so I’ve always gotten the hot chocolate because dunkin’s is pretty good, not watery, and enough chocolate without feeling like you’re having dessert. It’s a small thing, but I enjoy it and I enjoy dunkin’s specifically. For the past 6 months or so though, this Brownsburg dunkin specifically has been using water in their hot chocolate and I can’t prove it literally at all but like as a hot chocolate enjoyer they HAVE to be using Swiss Miss packets. I know this is not uncommon for a lot of coffee shops that offer hot chocolate but it’s annoying me because dunkin doesn’t, or at least the other locations have the decency to use milk with it so that it tastes much better. So this is me literally begging this dunkin to please go back to the original recipe or use milk with the packets or SOMETHING please because I just got a hot chocolate from this dunkin and AGAIN it’s disgusting, I don’t have this problem at any other dunkin, and I’m so annoyed and I have time today lol so please cause i’m gonna stop coming to dunkin okay love you bye

The service here is excellent. This location is well out of my way but I prefer it to the one over next to me. Went in this morning and got some coffee. Even though it’s freezing and awful out, the people in here are so kind and friendly. Thank you!

Listen, I Love Dunkin. But it’s like how someone loves gambling. Sometimes you win big and other times it’s a waste of time and money.
The consistency is non-existent. Just take a look at my archive of avocado toasts! Now, did I enjoy them all? Absolutely, but some more than others.
My Iced cappuccinos are sometimes blended, sometimes not. It’s about a 50/50 chance it’ll be blended like it’s supposed to be, and I sure feel like I’ve won the lottery when it is. Not to mention “light ice” to Dunkin could range from no ice at all to completely packed to the brim with ice.
Maybe this is their secret. If you love Dunkin, you don’t just love the food, you love the gamble.

This is not my local Dunkin’, but I wish it was! I have been going to this location periodically since June this year because of an appointment in the area. My order is always correct and made to perfection. The morning staff is always quick and cheerful! 🙂

At the end of my review, we did end up getting our food and drinks and they were good. Before we got our food and drink, however, we sat in line for roughly 20 minutes. They are not allowing people to go inside due to the pandemic I assume, which is fine, but once we got up there we tried to order a doughnut, which they were out of, I tried to order a different doughnut, which again tbey were out of. I heard the woman tell the car in front of us that they were out of something then too. Thats fine, so I ask what they do have left. The lady at the drive through *sighed* so hard im sure the car behind us heard. Rude and obviously fed up with being on the mic, 2mwe ordered our stuffs and left. Again, our food and drink were good but it took forever and the lady speaking was unpleasant to order from.

This is why I never come here! Like what in the world is this!? Sorry sir today you only get 5 hash brown because we didn’t cook enough… also btw they are soggy! Hope you enjoy! Idk it’s always something here. Last time we came the coffee was burnt. The time before half the food was missing. Then just going in for a donut… the icing look thinly applied or old. Bad representation for a Dunkin Donuts.

MAGGOT IN DRINK!! Do not go here! My first drink was room temperature like it had been sitting out and I stupidly gave them the benefit of the doubt and got it remade and there was a maggot in the bottom of the cup.

I haven’t gone to this location in years even though it’s right by my house due to how bad it was back then, I’d only go to the Dunkin near my work if I wanted it. But I was home and decided I should give this location another chance. I mobile ordered a coffee and donut. I was given the wrong donut. No big deal, I just parked and went in and asked for the donut I ordered. They said “yeah well we are out of that” so they knowingly just gave out the wrong food instead of telling me. It looked like all they had was glazed donuts so I asked if they had anything other than glazed to which the response was “I don’t know whatever is up there is what we have.” Not to mention the cafe was very dirty looking. But the reason I’m leaving a review is because they then took the donut they gave me in the drive thru, that I drove off with, and he just put it right back up on the shelf. Super against health code and definitely grossed me out. I will not be going back to this location. Hopefully it gets better!
