Longville is a small town (less than 200 people), and so this is one of the only food options. Thankfully, this isn’t a “best of the worst,” but a solid restaurant on its own.
I’ve had the Pork Po’ Boy, and the German Reuben (pictured). Both sandwiches were hits, and I especially enjoyed the German Reuben (one of the best Reubens I’ve ever had). Service was great, a lot of space, and a beautiful view with Inguadona Lake right outside!

Our waitress was a champion tonight. She was handling the entire bar on her own. Looked like the owner or manager was there but he never left his seat. Always great service. Fun place. Never know who’ll you’ll run into. They are done in now also. If you are ligh lucky you’ll meet don and Margie. Such GOOD burgers. Very busy tonight but the staff was AWESOME.

Excellent service and atmosphere. Chicken, walnut, blue cheese, cranberry salad was tasty. The garlic butter shrimp with wild rice and broccoli – wild rice and broccoli were phenomenal, shrimp was OK- a little fishy. Hubby had patty melt and said is is phenomenal. Good kids meal options. Free on-site parking.

I have been going here for 26 years, as soon as I was able to drink. It was always a watering hole with food during the day. I can say this now as I have no connection left to the area; the politics on display is a disgrace. It’s one thing to have your own business and run it according to your values, but its too much here and it has been since 2016. Its not only flagrantly childish (a TrumpyBear? Really?) But it’s openly hostile to anyone not wearing the red hats. Politics should have no place in a bar. The bar staff is churlish at best and the food is VASTLY overrated and over priced. Im very happy to never spend another dime there.
