The Baristas are very Nice! MATT, one of the managers is very nice. I think he was surprised I called him by name because I remembered his name from before. He wasn’t wearing a name badge this particular day. Still nice as all get out!

The store was not busy. I walked up to the counter. While the employees were filling some orders, no one acknowledged me during the two minutes I stood there. They were filling new drive up and mobile orders while I stood at the counter and didn’t even say that they would take my order. I left. I have been to many Starbucks over the years and have never had experience like that. The employees have always greeted me and have tended to my order as soon as they could. I’ll choose another coffee option in the future.
