Sad to say this place need serious help. It use to be a good place to buy veggie burgers. Not anymore. Totally disappointed. Burger was too hard and crunchy. Fries was over cooked. Cooks just dont care how they send out orders. Its all about a paycheck. No pride in their work. I keep saying no customers, no paychecks. This has happened more than once at BurgerFi.

It’s a really good looking store, really good looking food. It tastes pretty good, but not something I’d go out of my way for. My meal felt pretty overpriced for what I got, but with this company being eco-conscious, I guess that’s expected.

It was absolutely terrible. We brought our family who were from out of town. The cashier was rude and that was just the start.
We spent $67.71 and got a burger that was cold and raw in the middle. Our french fries were cold and they used rotten potatoes. The onion rings were either undercooked, soggy or burnt. They were also cold.
And when we went to get ketchup the entire front of the dispenser was covered in old ketchup(i hope) that was black. It looked like mold growing on some of the black spots.
And the bathrooms, no toilet paper, no paper towels and had urine on them.
I took pictures of the raw burger, rotten fries, onion rings AND the gross ketchup container.
We threw at least 1/2 the food away. It was gross.
We used to love BurgerFi and have eaten at least 12 times in the past few years.
I doubt we will be back.

I went specifically because of The Beyond Meat Burger and it did not disappoint!!! It was good service was fast and our food was hot and fresh. It wasn’t crowded either… the restaurant was clean and very nice inside.

The best burgers restaurant in Tuscaloosa. The best burger they have is the (BurgerFi Cheeseburger), they also have the best fries ever ( urban style fries ). If you went there don’t forget to ask them about (FI sauce).

Let’s start by saying I got my order to go ok so my burger was actually pretty good but what they called chilli cheese fries was sad the little half filled cup of cheese and chilli that i was given didn’t add up for the price and the fries soggy i really don’t know what they wanted me to do with the chilli and cheese they gave simply not enough just wow.

Burger- overrated and not very good. CEO burger had a nice flavor profile but the texture or the meat and bun was peculiar. Service was lackluster. The order was incorrect plus we asked for meals and french fries was not added to the order. I went around 3:30 PM. No mushrooms available, no ice cream available, One of two drink machines out of order and the other on was out of ice. No one was in the establishment so I didn’t understand the lack of ice. There was 3 people in our party. The total was around $45 for lackluster food. Absolutely no value/ price paid. I may give it another try one day. Everyone had a bad day but poor service is a reflection of bad management.

Where do I begin?! Burger was one of the best I have ever had by far. The ceo burger blew my pallets away. And the fries are nice and crisp. The staff is absolutely fantastic, nice and very well respected. They answered every question and had a bright smile while ordering
