Honestly I am a huge Chipotle fan and was so excited when this opened but this is one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to I have tried giving them multiple chances. I draw the line this last time. Hair was found in the food!!!!!! Food ice cold. Also they were out of things I paid for and when they made half of my order wrong they remade it and it wasn’t even my food it was a DoorDash order. Who ever owns this franchise do better!!! its bad.

This location Beyond any had the friendliest, happy, team focused staff. They were having fun with each other, they were helping each other. This is not an easy find with fast service options. I really felt so positive when I left there because of such a great experience with the staff. Plus I adore their guacamole.

I have been coming to this chipotle for quite some time. I have never had any issues. The food was terrible this time. The lettice looked bad when the girl pulled it out of the container and yet I still ate it. The flavors were off and it was so messy, I literally threw my entire $20 meal away. In addition, I could NOT believe how I was treated. I ordered a soda. When I went to fill up my soda, the soda machine said that the ice machine was broken. I never would’ve bought a soda had I known that there was no ice. So I asked for a refund on my soda. I was very rudely met by the cashier explaining that there’s a note on the machine and she can’t refund me over ice. I explained that I understood that I didn’t want the soda anymore. I wanted a refund on the soda. Why would I want warm soda? I suggested they put a sign near the register that the ice machine was broken and that they could get it from the back/drive thru. Not once did she tell me that ice was availble there, she just motioned that she could get it. How would I know that? She went on to explain the ice machine has been broken for over a week and that it’s not her problem. Again, why would I know that. Offer to get your customers ice. It’s not that hard. I just wanted a cold soda. I did finally get ice and went to fill up. The soda was flat. I cannot believe how I was met with such a rude attitude from the host. What happened to good customer service? I will never be visiting this location ever again. Train your staff better.

This is probably the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The food is mid, the soda is flat, and the staff could literally not care any less about you. All of the employees I encountered were carrying on conversations with their coworkers while serving and checking out my meal, and made me feel like I was intruding on their conversations. Two of the workers just blankly looked at me when I asked about the soda machine being flat, and I had to ask them again if there was any way to get a more carbonated beverage. One of them just went and got the same soda from the machine and said that “it had bubbles” and that’s all she could do. From reading past reviews, this is not the first time they’ve been told that the soda is flat. This seems like it should be an easy fix, but clearly the management does not care or want to fix it. For what Chipotle charges, this experience was entirely not worth it. Skip this one and get food from anywhere else.

I was given the wrong order at the drive up window. I have a dairy allergy so the food I accidentally got was mostly inedible. I did eat small container of white rice and guacamole. It was a disaster also as it had 2 long black hairs in it! Uck. So disgusting. They did refund the cost of the meal but offered nothing for the inconvenience! Very disappointed.

Ordered 3 burritos, the kid diligently put the ingredients onto the tortilla so precisely that it looked like nothing was added, so I requested additional rice and protein, no issue. He slid it down to the next station and im pretty sure this gal has never wrapped a burrito before today, I knew right away it would fall apart. Got them home, not to ky surprise, they feel apart…. It’s a good thing we got chips so that we could make nachos.

Everything was good, food wise, but the blonde, younger boy, definitely didn’t want to be there tonight. His expressions, posture, tone, made it borderline unbearable. No one needs to spend money at restaurants, and this just solidifies how bad capitol dr restaurants are, and can be, in Pewaukee. The one other person I encountered, was very polite. I wish he just did the whole transaction. You need more of the Latin guys personality, like I encountered, and far less like the blonde kid. I used to manage a Chipotle, and customer service, cleanliness, and the quality of the food was always the number one priority. Im tired of 1 pos that ruins it for all the other workers, at Restaurants. Get rid of the attitudes, hire people that deserve the job, understands the mission, and buys in daily.

Ordered a Pick-Up order for literally ten minutes later. Picked it up and both bowls were Half-Full. Somehow, the food was ice cold when we got home about five minutes later. They served us cold meat, rice, and beans. I also have a stomach ache and feel food poisoning could be in the works. UNACCEPTABLE! This is the second time with cold food and half-filled bowls. Do not eat at this place.

The food was delicious. Absolutely the best chipotle food we have eaten. It was cooked to perfection, no hard rice, and seasoned wonderfully.

The service made it even better. It was delightful. They were pleasant and friendly all while keeping up the busy rush.

One thing- they were super busy but the tables were dirty and the music was a tad too loud.

I placed an online order yesterday and was extremely disappointed. My steak bowl was missing lettuce, sour cream, and guacamole— some items I paid extra for. On top of that, the chicken in the chicken bowl tasted burnt. This was by far the worst order I’ve ever received. I expect much better quality and attention to detail, especially when paying for customizations.
