I ordered a pizza online, using the app from 14923 pacific ave s, tacoma wa 98445, 10/25/2025 around 7:45 pm. The total amount was $31.02. Order number is: 2faab0f7-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX. When it arrived, the pizza was under cooked and quite cold. I tried to contact some one, but the app sent me to chat. After waiting <10 minutes i chat with someone or something thing, i couldn't tell if it was a real person. The chat was had horrible UI. After a chat where they asled for all of the information i provided in this review, they offered 2 large pizzas with 3-toppings. I asked for my money back and they said someone from upper management would be in touch between 24-48 hours. This is unacceptable and I dont recommend ordering Pizza Hut. Do you really want to gamble on a dinner that may be undercooked? Would you really put your family in danger from food borne pathogens?

Always always have to wait 30 minutes if you are a dasher picking up a order from this store . Management either please keep someone at front to pack food and handover or either take some action . Someone really neeeds to pay attention . Watch the timeframe of your orders

Order two pizzas today and when I got there they said that one of them had a bubble so they had them remake one of them and gave me the one with the bubble as well. Apparently whoever made the pizzas was pissed about that and so the second pizza they remade was only half cooked and then smashed into a box. I would have been happy with the bubble pizza as at least it was cooked till it was done. Please stop wasting people’s money pizza hut and hire some employees that actually want to work I’ll be switching back to Domino’s they’re only two more minutes further down the road.

I wish I had known about Tues 2 dollar pan pizzas in August. But at least I caught it on the last Tuesday. Have to say very easy to order they were hot n delicious. The man working the counter had it down. Even though they had a line he was working it. They orders were flowing so the pizza makers were on it. Love it will most definitely get my pizza from here even though there is 2 between me and this pizza store. Thank you.

I was surprised to open a $30 pizza to find several small pieces jumbled together inside the box. It looked like someone’s leftovers. I called the store and was hung up on twice after being left on hold both times. The “chat” took an incident report, but Pizza Hut didn’t follow up….And it was cold!
I think the driver was hungry, helped herself, and then shook the box up…just a thought.

For some reason the deep dish pizza doesn’t seem to have as buttery or crispy crust. It was still good but I prefer it crispy and buttery.

I received my pizza delivery, but it was missing the drinks. I told the Dasher driver not to worry about it since it’s a 15 min drive each way even though he was willing to go pick them up.
Instead I tried calling the store to get a credit but was stuck holding without getting through for over 10 minutes before giving up. So now I’m out $7.00 plus tax plus tip because Pizza Hut doesn’t answer their phones (and this wasn’t the first time).

DO NOT go to this pizza hut unless you want to be greeted with bad customer service!
Me and my husband are dashers we were waiting for a while for someone to show up at the front counter when we realized nobody was coming my husband said hello? And this mean lady came out yelling at him “can’t you wait!?” Even tho the order was ready to go. She refused to give us the order and proceeded to reasign the order, waisting everybody’s time, and keeping the customer waiting out of spite!

The staff is wonderful exceptional. However Pizza Hut once was the best. Now they have gone cheap. I tried a different pizza hut. I got the same out come. Why this company is not putting Sauce on pizza like they once did.is a good question. I tasted sauce once out of a large pizza. Move the cheese and it looks like there’s no sauce.
