Horrible service. Very slow. Un focused staff. It took them 40 minutes to cook one order with an empty restaurant. They had a young girl that was roaming around the kitchen playing. The woman cooking had spilled the container of rice on to her dirty apron, then simply brushed off what feel on her and proceeded to package the rest. This was disgusting. I immediately three it out it the garbage.

Horrible Service. Never got the food. Ordered from door dash and waited over 30 minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time. When I asked how much longer the lady at the register just walked away. And so did I. Also reported to door dash. I don’t even know about the quality of food because it’s my first, and last time ever coming here. But if the food is the same quality as the service, I’m sure it’s garbage. Beware.

I placed an order and never received it. I kept trying to find out what happened and they kept hanging up on me. I advised them to credit my card back for the money but they refused. I never received there food. Do not order from this restaurant . I have to file a fraud report to get my money back. Very poor service

What I like about China Wok Stony Point is that the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh. Did I mention “very tasty”. My favorite order is the vegetarian dishes. The customer service is great. I hold nice conversations with the employees. I recommend this restaurant over all the others in the area.

I was a little hesitant on trying the food here after reading some reviews, but I’m glad I decided to order from here. I picked up my order and the guy at the counter was friendly and courteous. Prices were about the same, some of their prices were cheaper than other places around. Seemed pretty clean unlike a few other places. The food came out to be delicious!
