CADEN and JEFF, are always on point. EXTREMELY Professional and polite. They greet all of their customers and remembered my name and order…wow!! My order was done perfectly. I am cheesesteak capital and will not eat nor order a cheesesteak from any other location especially from potomac mills location . With that said thx for having staff that take their responsibility and job on a positive note.

I’ve been going to Jersey Mike’s for years and this is my favorite by far. I live closer to two others but make the trip a couple of times per week to the Bristow location. Friendly atmosphere, wonderful service & great sandwiches. The icing on the cake is the staff especially the Assistant Manager Kaiden and Sandwich Wizard Joe. Those two make every visit a pleasure

Love Jersey Mike’s. I’ve been to a couple of locations but this location is well kept. Friendly staff, I was greeted with kind words and smiles as soon as I opened the door. The food is fresh and the service is quick. The place is clean and well maintained. I got the big kahuna chicken cheesesteak in rosemary bread, tuna sandwich and the one with all the ham options. I love it!!! Keep it up guys.

I went to Jersey Mikes yesterday and the girl making the sandwiches was Taking customers money (cash) And then going back to making sandwiches touching the lettuce and all the ingredients without changing her gloves. I find this really disgusting.

Well I ordered online and somehow getting a sub with only lettuce on it means put a crap ton of onions on it. A super sized disappointment. If for some reason you eat here don’t order online because they can’t apparently read a simple simple order….one ingredient is too hard here.
Yep…2 stars because the food itself wouldn’t have been bad but when I ordered here before it took 25 min to make a sub before when I had a 15 min drive. I ended up standing there waiting before. So this isn’t a one off review but I couldn’t let it go a 2nd time. Ordering online here means disappointment.

Tyler and Austin are super nice. They treat everyone like family members. I can tell them my order for 3 subs, each one a special order, and they remember them perfectly. Went to another store and was nit impressed at all. Bristow is definitely my sub shop. Love all the employees.
