I was in and out. Love how they make it for you on the spot. Great taste that hit the spot. Street parking makes it a little easier vs pulling into the parking lot. Lots of other traffic. This place was very clean inside. The Philly cheesesteak hit the spot.

Whoever made a sandwich at 12:57 on 6/4/25—take they job or switch their title to janitor.
This sandwich should be a crime. Barely cut into it, threw some dry meat on it, forgot every topping. Like… you could’ve put even one thing on it and I would’ve been happy.
I was expecting something amazing, and I got a hollowed-out cardboard coffin disguised as bread.
I’m not even mad at this point—I’m just disappointed.
I feel mad disrespected and I’m praying you don’t treat no other sandwich—or person—like this.

The Philly and fries were good, but the salad was terrible and the chips don’t come with enough sauce.
They do not have plastic knives so you will need to ask them to cut it or figure it out.
The experience was bad, however. I went in for the birthday meal.
I asked the gentleman if the birthday meal came as a full meal, he said yes. He then asked what size fries I’d like. I asked if both were included with the birthday meal, he said yes.
So, I said large. I asked if a drink came with it as well and he said no.
When I got to the register, he then said $3 ish for the fries. I told him that I thought he said fries were included, he said no everything is charged separately.
He clearly did not mention that the first time and knew what I meant given that he said a drink was not. Very disappointing service.
No tip and will not be returning. The other location was not like that and the staff were nicer.

While it was just before 9 PM seemed they didn’t want me to stay as they packed up my stuff to go. Was good though. I worked in the industry for 20+ years so I know late guests kinda sucks when trying to get ready for close but still. I am considerate about not going in to a place with 30 minutes or less. They still had hour left. I could have easily gone to Five Guy’s right next door.

Walked in 15 minutes before closing time and was turned away saying they are closed. I tried clarifying when they closed because it was 15 till and the worker was extremely unprofessional. A person was walking out ahead of me and also expressed a lot of frustration with the staff stating they treated her rudely as well. Her words are “ the gentleman was so mean so to me for making him fire up the grill to make a Philly cheese and I was here well before closing time”.

I went to the store a time before the young lady behind the counter. Service was great. went to the store today. Had a terrible experience two guys behind the counter cooking the food. I asked them how much extra was it for bacon or even extra meat they couldn’t even tell me the price, then I said let’s do bacon they give me two little raw strips of bacon throw it on the grill bacon half cooked one of the guys decided to cook it a little bit longer, but he has already mixed it with the meat so the meat got a little dry Charge me in additional three dollars for the raw two strips of bacon, the bun was hard and stale. I had to ask to heat the bread .if you want subpar food with terrible nonchalant customer service go to this place. I’ll probably never go to this place again. This was the last draw. I’ll give someone else who’s worthy my money. 14 damn dollars gone down the drain I know next time go somewhere a lot better probably would’ve had a better experience next-door at five guys, but you live and learn.

FYI….get the $25 gift card and you get $5 free. If you do that, then you can subtract the meal you get from the gift card AND you still have the $5 for whatever. Plus gift cards DO NOT expire!

People of few words but enough to make your meal how you want it and how it should be. Food is great tasting. Clean restaurant. Respectful employees. You can tell they try their best and work good as a team. Not just one pulling all the weight = fast service.
