I ordered the Carmel fudge cheese cake blizzard, what I got was a Carmel cheese cake blizzard.
I didn’t notice until I left.
Came back again ordered the same thing, but specified I want fudge in it this time.
The employee looked at me and said, “we’re trained to make it with Carmel n cheese cake .
I said it says fudge in the name, fudge is chocolate right?
She looked so confused, I got it anyways because it’s still good, but feel ripped off.
Came again with the web page that shows the picture and ingredients in it.
He told me they hadn’t gotten the fudge yet..
I said why have it on the menu if u can’t make it correctly? ?
He had no answer..
I asked,, why don’t the employee’s tell the customers when they order it?
He said he tries to, but not everyone dose.

This store doesn’t properly train their employees, as a business owner, I know it comes down to the manager.
Really disappointed, and sad for business.

Placed a order for a chocolate milkshake and a caramel Sunday.
The chocolate milkshake looked more like a frozen blizzard & and the $4.50 Sunday looked like a 75 cent little kids ice cream.

I normally have great service and great food here! Tonight…. No! The banana split was made upside down, with extra syrupy watery strawberry juice dumped on top, no wet walnuts, flat whipped cream , etc. … my husband and I looked at each other and laughed and then- I said ok—- it’s Friday night, I’ll just enjoy it!
Then- A fly fell from the light (understandable- that happens!) …. I took it to manager – thinking at that point she may just swap it at a minimum for a dilly bar lol – and I asked for a cup to get a drink or some water to “wash down” the thought and observation of the grossness. The manager sarcastically told me no- it wasn’t her fault the fly fell in the ice cream. And guess what- she’s right! It wasn’t. But what was terrible was her attitude, her tone, her lack of customer service and bad representation of this restaurant. Again, this is rare for me to give a negative review, because I truly understand things can happen When you deal with food and situations. But a person, especially manager, does not have to be rude and hateful.

I saw a worker drop several cups on the floor, she put them all right back on the rack like nothing happened. This place has absolutely gone down hill since the old owners retired, the new owners have no regard for health and safety except on inspection day. If you want to have a burger, drink, or ice cream that doesn’t give you diseases definitely avoid this place.
