Had a very pleasant experience, very welcoming from the beginning. Very quiet and relaxing environment to enjoy a delicious meal. They do offer military discount which is a huge plus in my book. I will definitely patronize this location frequently. The General Manager Jovita Lee is very attentive, restaurant was extremely clean and organized.

I’m done with this restaurant. not the first time this happens but I always try to give another chance. Like a bad relationship you can’t get away from. I wish I could upload a picture. I waited forever in the drive thru for a burnt half sandwich and the smallest cup of potato soup for $13! Never again! On another note their tea is still bomb!

Update: was looking for their baked potatoes online, not there…called the store to see if they stopped offering baked potatoes on their menu any longer. She yes, they are still on the menu. However, the potatoes aren’t done cooking yet and needed another 30 minutes or so…that doesn’t make any sense…if you know that a food takes 45-50 minutes to prepare..then it should be prepared BEFORE opening…WHY would you not prepare food items BEFORE..you open..that’s not a good business practice…

I love me some chicken and dumplings And learn the hard way with the dumpling soggy like bread. So you better ask how long has it been sitting there and what time was it. But I will say when addressing to management this issue, they made it right every single time.

I have absolutely fallen in love with McAlister’s! The location in Hobbs NM is the best McAlister’s location I have ever been too! The service is amazing and so friendly! I always get the jalapeño turkey crunch which I highly recommend to anyone wanting to try this restaurant! As a side I get the Mac and cheese but I like mine heated up a little more and they never question my decision. They are quick kind and most important…friendly!

First I want to say I absolutely love McAlisters Deli but the staff lately has not cared what they serve you. I’ve requested extra veggies or to remove some veggies that I don’t like and they always seem to butcher my order. I love this place but the people they hire don’t seem to care about what you order.

To-go order made wrong, twice. Didn’t realize until we got home. Tried to call the store to get it resolved, line disconnects and you are unable to speak with someone. Drove back to get it remade, and it was still wrong. Very frustrating. Almost $40, for 2 sandwiches, (paid for upgrades) and didn’t get what was paid for. It’s honestly hit and miss here, just tired of paying for food and it’s not correct. Maybe starting to leave reviews will hold some accountability for some places?

NEVER HAVE SPUDS. Literally have come to this place 5 times in the last 5 years and every time they’re out of spuds. It’s literally your most profitable item you can go across the street to Walmart and buy a 10 lb bag for $6. The people working there are always incredibly kind though and you will get your food very quickly so not much to complain about for me. But the rest of my family are potato lovers!
