Child could have been severely burned by a vanilla creme (steamed milk and vanilla syrup). Drink bottom completely detached from cup. Drink was made way, way too hot—despite repeatedly requesting it kids temp. Walked inside understandably upset and manager offered to refund drink, but said there was nothing else she could do. Didn’t apologize and seemed extremely unconcerned. She didn’t even apologize to my nine-year-daughter—who luckily got pretty wet—but quickly dropped the rest of the drink as if poured out. A young employee helped me clean up the worst of the spill and told me the speaker hasn’t been working, and the employee at the window was brand new. Very disappointing experience. Sent email documenting the experience. Haven’t made it past music and giving the customer service reference number 25 minutes into the call. Call ended up being 44 minutes. The employee asked me the store number of the store (how would I know?) and had trouble pulling up the location by address. Starbucks has really gone downhill.

I previously left a great review for this location, as it’s truly one of the best. As a high-mileage runner, I often deal with low blood sugar during my runs. For the past two years, this Starbucks has been a lifesaver, consistently providing a single sugar packet at the drive-thru to help me finish my route. I always make sure the line is completely empty before approaching, or I’ll ask a customer to grab one for me if it’s busy. I have never been turned down or had an associate complain until yesterday.
During my 20-mile run, an older associate I hadn’t seen before flatly refused to give me a sugar packet. While I understand her concern about it being a ‘hazard,’ there were no cars in sight in broad daylight. It was disappointing that she couldn’t take a second to help, especially since I return to buy a drink 80% of the time after my runs are finished.
While this specific interaction was unpleasant and lacked the great customer service I’m used to, I won’t let one person ruin my overall view of this location. Aside from this experience, the service here—whether for a quick sugar packet or a full coffee order—has always been wonderful

Why would ANYONE want those nasty berries in the strawberry açaí lemonade. I specifically asked for no berries in the drive through first, when my order was being taken, and when I saw on the screen that it said extra berries, I reminded the guy again, but apparently 2 times isn’t enough reminders to get through your workers brains. BE MORE ATTENTIVE ITS NOT THAT HARD TO PUT – BERRIES ON THE DANG SCREEN.

Stopped by this Starbucks on the way out of Chesterfield. It is a typical Starbucks with all of the drinks and food you would expect to find at other locations. It is convenient as it is just off of Interstate 94 and is on a road with plenty of other restaurants, if you want or decide on something other than Starbucks. They have a drive-thru or you can order in-person or via the app.

I deducted 2 stars because I ordered via the app and the wait time was or seemed excessive. I did not see many people in the drive-thru, there were not many in the store, but my drink and food item took a while to come out.

I come to this Starbucks every morning because they always make the drinks really well but this particular morning I came in around 6:45 and the girl taking my order killed my mood for the day with the lack of customer service. I used to work at a starbucks so I understand the early morning shift frustrations but that’s no reason to take it out on a customer. And with that being said I know how important customer service is. When I was ordering I asked for some sriracha packets to which she ignored me and then she said “Is that it??” I said yes that’s all and there was pure silence after… When I pulled up to the window there was no interaction, all she did was stick the scanner out the window and stare at me to scan my app and then I asked again for a couple sriracha packets politely and she only gave me one…

I have never been treated so poorly in any Starbucks location in my life! Although there were people in the driveway through, we were the only ones in line inside. There were people inside waiting ahead of us, but no one ever came in after us.
We were never greeted with a hello, forget the smile. We weren’t even asked our name for the order.
I will never go to this location again. Rather take my business to Kaldi’s coffee instead.

Stopped in here on Thanksgiving before the Chesterfield Turkey Trot and was impressed with the design and layout of this location. This is one of the cuter, more modern St. Louis area Starbucks I’ve been to. From what I observed, the staff were very friendly to everyone who came in during the brief time I was there. Thank you for being open on Thanksgiving!!!!!!

Drive Thru takes over 45 minutes. Cars honking and people yelling about it being slow. Food is great, takes too long to even get to the food however. Employees forgot some of the items so it took even longer by the time we got to the window.
