When we pulled up to stop for dinner before a flight, I have to confess I was not impressed. The restaurant is part of a mostly dead mall and the it had no other customers, which did not inspire a lot of confidence. I guess this was due to the fact that their liquor license expired and won’t be renewed for 2 more weeks—our server said they usually have a lively bar! Luckily, though, I didn’t trust my first impressions because we all agreed the food was actually fantastic! I got the quesabirria and really enjoyed it. The horchata was good as well. My husband enjoyed his birria chimichanga and other family members said the quesadillas and fajitas were great, also!

They charged us for chips and bland salsa, even soda refills got charged. They told us appetizers were half price but in fact it was buy one get one for free (not what we wanted or ordered). Last but not least, I don’t want to listen to dance music / techno while I’m eating Mexican food.

Misleading pricing, bad food, and no liqour license. Very sketchy pricing and money handling. We spent 30 minutes trying to get the correct tickets. She tried to charge us credit card fees even if we paid in cash and full price for appetizers that she offered for half price. We had to be VERY assertive to only pay for what we ordered. Do not eat here. I have heartburn

Lovely waitress during a quiet Happy hour. Ordered everything before deadline of 6pm so Happy to enjoy there signature Margarita….so strong actually. Could not even drive after having one and a half drinks ( good thing I had designated driver!!) Had a wonderful seafood appetizer also after the happy hour Taco. No more free chips and salsa now Cost about $4 a serving….( Expected now with inflation!!)

Food was not good. Charged us for chips without telling us. Said that the crab cakes were half off! The waitress literally said that the portions are small because people waste their food and other places have bigger portions but it’s beans and rice. Ah, sure… I’ll take more or anything if it’s gonna be a bigger portion. Tried to pre charge us for a processing fee and tried to tell me that the 50% off was only till 6 when we were there at 5:30. She’s the one that said it was 50% off. She had to redo the check and still messed it up. She said next time I come, it will be bigger portion. Also, it’s BYOB! No alcohol available!

Fantastic food, great flavor in every bite. Customer service was phenomenal! Ruth was quick, efficient and friendly! Atmosphere was family friendly and not busy at all for lunch time!

We went for Friday afternoon cocktails. 1 female server at time 3-5p Happy Hour. Haven’t gone in a while pre-Covid vs. Post-Covid what a difference. We enjoyed our drinks and left. Our Waitress was very nice, on top of things. Ordered Chicken Nachos and Fried Octopus legs Yum tasty. w/some brews and Michelada and Margaritaz. Bathroom was clean located behind pass the kitchen. 3 TV screens I saw mostly local customers at time.
