Discovered this is only Chili’s., utilizing another brand name. I sit here waiting on my order. Walked in no one at ToGo desk. Walked to bar and stood. No less than 6 wait staff noticed me and did NOTHING. I had to wave my arms and inform them I was a customer. Then my order not correct. Not good.

I had the honey Sriracha wings, they had a really great flavor but were really over cooked making them too tough to eat. the lemon blueberry pie is just a blueberry Danish, it was cold and still had the plastic wrap on it as tho they just took It out the fridge and tossed it in the bag. So me and my brother went to pick up our order. Spent $50. We had to wait an hour. Now I’m a mom so if you have to work and have no sitter and you have to bring your kid I get it. But he was bad, she kept him in the bar area and he was yelling and it was very clear he had plenty of food to eat. But I’m a paying customer that has to sit here with a yelling kid, rude waitresses, and way past my break time.

I raved about the wings to my family but the last 2 times I have went the fries was over cooked way to long called the manager said I took to long to open the box and to call when I’m ready to pick my food up so they could make them before I get there an hung up… Then today I gave them another chance to have not only the fries hard as a rock smh the chicken was over cooked won’t be going back…

This is actually Chili’s. A side business. Not impressed. Walked in and 6 waiters noticed me and said nothing. No recognition of me being a customer. Had to wave my arms, raised voice to get their attention.
