I ordered pizza.
I paid for pizza.
Pizza… never showed up.
Somewhere between the register and the oven, my order entered the Little Caesars Bermuda Triangle.
The staff clueless. No one could explain where my lost pizza went. It was like I asked them to solve a murder mystery instead of locate a cheese pie.
To make things extra spicy, there was one guy running:
the drive-thru
the lobby register
probably the ovens
possibly the entire company
At one point, he completely forgot there were people standing in the lobby. We just quietly existed. Like furniture. Decorative humans.
And let’s talk about the slogan.
“Hot-N-Ready.”
Because if Little Caesars Pizza doesn’t have a Hot-N-Ready pizza, that’s like McDonald’s not having a Big Mac.
It’s not illegal… but it feels like it should be.
Eventually, I left pizza-less, slightly amused, and deeply impressed by how a pizza place can lose a pizza without ever giving me a pizza.
Final verdict:
Come hungry.
Leave confused.
Bring a snack just in case

My grand daughter went thru the drive thru it took 10 minutes to even get her order in then another ten minutes at window finally a guy came and told her that her order was lost? She had to go inside and wait another 30 minutes for her pizza! This is outrageous! For hot and ready it was not. And to top it off , the people that work there were just plain dirty. I’ll never go there again. I think the management need to take a good look at their staffing

It’s not the best pizza ever but it’s cheap lol what more could you want well it taste pretty good has meat and bread and soda fat and cheap yum I encourage you to come get some if you want better pizza that uses olive oil instead of seed oils spend $20 a pizza

Don’t come here if you expect hot and ready – or service at all in less than 30-40 minutes. The young people working here are also incredibly disheveled and unprofessional, always on their phones. I don’t know how this place still runs tbh

Ordered 2 hot n ready peps that turned into cold n wait then got 20 miles to home and had 2 cheese pizzas after the call explaining the mix up I was told I had to come all the way back in to town to get it fixed never again they are rude and have zero customer servixe skills whatsoever Added to never again list

I ordered and payed online which consisted of 2 regular pepperoni pizzas and 1 cheese bread pizza and a 2 liter pepsi and a 2 liter mountain dew. I went through the drive thru your person that gave me my order he gave me my sodas I watched him clearly go to the back for them and I asked if he had any cold ones he said that’s all he had which would’ve been ok but this guy didn’t even go check so I went inside and there was cold ones. That is just plan laziness. I paid 4 dollars more for my cheese bread pizza the way it looked when I got home looked like garbage. Where did the good customer service go?

Pizza was disgusting. Like it was made hot in the AM and then sat all day slow drying in a sauna or something. The Hispanic man that came out of the restroom to take my order didn’t wash his hands and was clearly either taking trash out or going #2 seconds before taking my order. Took him atleast 8 mins to take my order while the girl and some other dude were just in the back horse playing.. place needs some adult supervision. I heard for the right price the young lady in the the back will meet you out back.. that’s disturbing isn’t it? Just ask the young Hispanic man if you think I’m kidding. They need Jesus

Came in at 8pm on a Sunday. Ordered 3 pizzas and was told it would be 10 minutes. We waited and waited and waited… 10 minutes turned into 30. The only explanation we got was “We had more orders than i thought.” No apology no offer to make it right. Then after getting our food the cooler did not have 2l root beer or mt dew so I ask the girl to get them for me from the supply in the back and she looked at me like she had no idea what i was talking about. Staff barely speaks English and lacks basic comprehension skills. Staff was also on their phones and looked disheveled with saggy pants and appeared to be high.
