My favorite bar in the town of Huntington. There are definitely a few places around town that feel sketchy as a woman to come to alone, and the paddock is the opposite of that. I’ve never felt more taken care of and welcomed. Food is amazing, service is even better.

Nice, local place. Stopped by for lunch for a Reuben and it was good. The fries were maybe a little salty but that’s subjective. The service was fast and attentive and the bar/restaurant was clean. I’ll be back to try some additional items.

Drank and ate there many times. I have yet to have a single item from the menu that isn’t delicious. The prices are also super reasonable. One of the best dive bars around.

The Paddock is legendary in the Huntington bar scene. I’ve been going there off and on for 20+years. Not a lot has changed other than ownership. It’s still a friendly neighborhood bar. Very welcoming atmosphere. Not part of the downtown or Marshall scene. It’s for grown ups. A great stop on your way home from work. Still cooking up some of the best burgers around. All served next to a variety of the coldest beers in town.
