This location needs a bit more hospitality, and kindness. The lady ringing up is rude and condescending. They are EXTREAMLY slow.
And then let our food sit there for 10 minutes without letting us know that it was ready. All but two of the biscuits were old, the fries were cold and old. As a pregnant woman this makes me very sad, and makes me want to request a refund because the food wasnt fresh. This was my only craving for today. Needless to say We will travel to Tacoma from here on out.

Went there nov 15 @ 330 pm and the lady ringing was cranky and mean and the food was as bad as her. The biscuits taste a week old . Didn’t get offered any jelly or honey like they usually do and couldn’t substitute pieces like we have before. I would like my 40 back for a twelve piece meal please. It overall was terrible.

Everything was poor, the service they offered us was so disappointing and disrespectful, the bald guy that was taking orders was yelling at people and being so rude, the fries they gave us were too little, I would not recommend this place and I wouldn’t go again

I’m sure the food would have been delicious given the amount of people who were doing everything but taking our order. We were acknowledged but then that person went in the back and started what looked like cleaning. There was another woman who asked if we were waiting on something we said yea we are waiting to order and she said oh ok and turned around and went in the back. There was also someone who looked like a manager working who never acknowledged us. My husband and I kind of just stood there trying to be understanding but at some point it just became disrespectful and blatantly obvious that we just weren’t being served for some reason. I won’t speculate on what those reasons are. So, good job on cleaning and stocking and preparing chicken, it looked great. Maybe 3 people on shift at 2:30 in the afternoon with 2 people in line is short staffed, consider hiring someone who can take the order and put the items in the bag.

Worst Popeyes ever. Please don’t waste your money here. Hire people who actually want and need a job. Individuals who are enthusiastically wanting to work and make fresh chicken. Everyone here is unmotivated….They are always out of everything.

Everytime we go to the branch in Mcchord Air force base, it’s always a disappointment. One time my husband went to place an order and stood there, waiting for them to say something/anything.. waited almost 10mins and still nothing. @ employees were just talking to each other like they dont wanna be bothered at all. it was like a wow moment for us. Made us wonder if they forgot they are at work that day. On another time, we went again to see if things are better. But nope, still a disapointment. As we stood in line waiting for our turn, we saw an older gentleman trying to talk to this woman behind the counter to because they messed up his order, he called out to her maybe 3x and she did not even bother turning. I think Popeye is a good place to eat and has good food, but this branch just happens to have employee’s who for some reason don’t know what good customer service is.

This is for the Popeye’s in McChord AFB. Consistently bad service at this location. Seems people who work here don’t like their job. Every time I come here I feel like I’m bothering the employees. The white male with hair net is never friendly. Not sure if he is the manager but he has no customer service skills. Unfortunate since they serve service members. I’d go elsewhere if I had a choice.

I thought they got my order wrong (they did not) and I asked them about it. They handled it with such kindness and grace. The cashier was also so very nice and happy during our interaction. GREAT SERVICE THANK YOU!

This location is barely open. It should stay closed the fact you pay 20$ for a 5pc tender meal and it is no where near the best chicken in the world is outrageous and robbery. I used to like popeyes but I don’t know if it’s the economy or they just think they are that good. But the prices are outrageous compared to other chicken places and fast food I advise stay away from popeyes at all costs unless your okay with spending 20$ on a meal that used to cost 12$
