I ordered ahead via the app and the food was ready at the quoted time. The food was typical of a Wendy’s. I thought the outside layout was very strange. To get to the front door you have to cross in front of the drive thru traffic. The food pickup spot is right inside the left entry door.

Usually we receive great service from this location but unfortunately today that was not the case. Not only was the drive through running so much slower then usual we also received both our orders of the Bacon Pub Fries ($3.29 EACH) without any bacon! When we continuesly tried to call the store to complain the phone rang busy (over a 10-15 minute time frame). Not only is that quite frustrating but it also causes your customers to feel ignored and disrespected, especially for that long of a time period. I hope management is able to get to the bottom of this issue and make sure it is corrected.

We were at the drive through and were asking a question and the woman on the intercom was super rude and talked down to us and interrupted us a lot. Worst customer service I’ve ever received at a fast food place ever. How about next time just be nice. We left without getting our food because we were not gonna be talked to like that. I almost called the store to complain but decided to leave a review instead.

Shocked at the poor quality of food and inaccuracy of my order. $5 biggie bag with no chicken nuggets, no bacon on my BACON double stack that was cold when I ate. The nuggets we actually got for my husband’s order weren’t even worth eating they were so hard and dry. I understand fast food is not meant to be a gourmet meal but I think it’s appropriate to expect hot, fresh food that is equal to what was ordered.

SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. Whoever was working the speaker had an attitude the entire time and was very rude. We got all the food and the sandwiches were good, but the fries were hardly filled and they were cold. The nuggets also looked like they were sitting under the heat lamp for a very long time, not fresh. Other than the person on the sandwich station, everyone elses customer service and coordinating skills lack entirely. We had to ask for our frosty and sauces and they got an attitude about that too!!!

Food is standard as is any Wendy’s. Customer service is a hit or miss. Sometimes you will get friendly and sometimes they will be very rude. But every time you visit you will be waiting at 10-15 minutes for your order.

Another UPDATE!! 12/24/24 This Wendy’s is back up to par!! I stay in the nieghborhood and the food is back on point! Service is good and I’m really impressed with the turn around.
(2nd review) I’m changing my review. I honestly feel like the place has gotten a little better since my review. Yet, I only eat the breakfast menu since my review too! Staff seems a little friendlier and I can’t lie my breakfast sandwich and potatoes are always hot and fresh! There’s a lady, African American woman, she’s cool and I can tell she works hard and truly does well at her job. Still could use some improvement but I think it’s gotten better!! 1 to 2 and half so 3
This Wendy’s is for sure going downhill! My food was not consumable (spicy chicken sandwich) at all. My first bite was a huge piece of breading no chicken. I spit out. That made me examine the sandwich. The actual chicken filet didn’t fit the breading which doesn’t make any sense, and the chicken was hard and very dry! My whole order (I ordered a total of about $20) was horrible! Cold burgers and fries! The only thing up to par was my strawberry lemonade. Honestly im iffy about that too, wont be drinking anymore because my stomach truly hurts!! I swear! Food so bad that I had to write a review! Will call corporate because someone will truly get sick with what I was served tonight! Plus im pregnant smh! Get better Wendys on South Broadway! Get happier employees as well!

Placed a mobile order for two Jr hamburgers plain went to go pick up the order both Jr hamburgers had cheese on them. Went back inside to the restaurant to have them fix the order. They got one of the Jr hamburgers right plain just meat and The bun the second one was not correct. It had cheese, ketchup, mustard, and bacon on it. I went back inside for the second time. Ask them to fix that one once again they messed it up. The second burger had cheese, ketchup, mustard, and bacon on it. How many times does it take to get somebody’s order correct should be one time not 100. I do not think I will be at this restaurant anytime soon in the near future.

I came by the drive thru for a 2 for 6 deal and received exceptional service. The young woman working the drive thru was very friendly and nice, my food tastes great (the fries are very good), and the bag presentation is dope. No food is slipped over the other and the napkins are even laced very well within the bag. You can tell that whoever’s in there cares about their work. Thanks!
