The food was great and the service was excellent. My only issue was with the automatic gratuity fee. Typically, that’s something you’d expect in tourist-heavy areas or for large parties—and it really should be clearly stated on the menu. Transparency is important.

This place was amazing. I got the cornish hen kabob lunch special and it was GREAT!! It’s a cut up whole cornish hen and was perfectly cooked. it took around 15 min to come out which shows they cook it fresh vs. just reheating it like some other restaurants. The white meat pieces were juicy and flavorful! I will definitely be back.

I’ve given this place several chances, but unfortunately, it continues to disappoint. I recently paid $21 (plus tax) for a dry 5oz chicken breast and a half cup of overcooked, mushy rice—definitely not what I expected for the price. On top of that, they only provide small portions of sauce, and asking for more comes with resistance or an extra charge. For the premium prices they charge, the value and quality just aren’t there. Disappointing dinner, which left me hungry and having to go elsewhere. Do not recommend.

This is the best Persian restaurant on Long Island. I have not found any other restaurant that matches the quality of food. Their hummus is unmatched. I refuse to eat any other restaurant hummus. Today, I also had their chicken kebab which is juicy and tender. Great flavor and nice charring. In the past, I’ve had their lamb which was also tender and delicious. It is worth every penny

The food wss absolutely amazing and the service was excellent. During lunch time it is very quiet and service is rapid. The price is reasonable and the spices are perfect. Will definitely be back.

I have been to this place several times but sad to say that quality of the food has gone down. We tried the beef stew and it tasted as if you bit directly into a lemon. So bitter.
The kebabs were good. Prob the best thing we had.
The service was very subpar. It was 40 mins before closing and the person was sweeping and came up to our table to sweep. Seemed like she was pushing us out. Plus automatic gratuity so I guess they didn’t really care about the service. Maybe I just went on an off night for them.

My friends planned my birthday dinner here and they were soooo accommodating. As soon as I walked in, they smiled at me like they knew it’s my birthday! Lol.
We ordered the Baba Ganoush, Boneless Chicken Kabab, Lamb Sheesh Kabab, and the Salmon Sheesh Kabab. Everything tasted amazing and was cooked to perfection.
They were extra courteous and even played and sang Happy birthday while bringing up the cake at the end.
They accommodated every surprise my friends planned so well and made my day (or should I say night.)
Thank you Sufiya’s grill!

First time visiting this restaurant. Their food and service is great. The environment inside is calm and nice. The bread is soft and hot. Their Persian coffee is good. Reasonable price and I will visit next time.
