Not a terrible subway! But selfishly opts out of almost every available promo. Another instance of rich get richer. Not worried about anything but their profit. It’s a shame.

The place was very busy but staff was working hard to make food fast. Ingredients looked fresh and the store was clean. Very sad how high subway’s prices have gotten, but that’s all locations, not just this one. They have totally changed the menu.

Ordered sandwich and asked to use a “subway” coupon. Manager refused said they don’t honor these. He was very rude, loud and said “you have to read the coupon book.” Is this how this subway chooses to treat their customers. Really poor attitude and treatment of customer with two kids who had to witness this. Hope subway can train their franchises better.

Roguerwithasilverpen I think there was a misunderstanding in your information because in this store they distributed tips to the employees, I know, I also invite them all because they have just remodeled and that is great!!

I get it, believe me. It’s a half hour until closing time and you want to have everything cleaned up and be ready to walk out the door.. but you’re open till nine.
It’s really not a good customer experience when all the toppings are covered up and lids are capped and you have to guess what is under them.

i recently ordered online for pickup. The meatball Sandwich was missing cheese. green peppers were overloaded but I didn’t order it (allergy). the chips were missing. everything was right on the receipt. I called the store and was transferred to the manager who couldn’t understand me nor I him. the experience was terrible. I was told I could pickup another replacement but I had to come and pick it up (I was told they couldn’t deliver it).since I didn’t have a car I didn’t want to walk over there in the cold and dark. I asked if I could have a in-store credit and he didn’t know what that was. I was very frustrated by then. so much for customer service. I will be finding a new sub shop

Two young guys working and did a good job. Good portions of veggies. Quick about it and even gave me extra pickles on the side. It’s now our go to subway in Zionsville.

The manager/owner(?) of this franchise teaches the kids who work there to be chintzy with the meats. I ordered a sandwich and noticed how little chicken the worker put on it, so I asked for “a little more.” Go to pay and the manager/owner, who hovers – kinda creepy – says it’s a double and charges as such. The amount of chicken on it was, after requesting “a little more,” still less than what any respectable Subway puts on a sandwich. I’ll never go back.

We go here a lot and its much better than any other subway I have been to. Employees are always friendly to us, including the owner. They are so fast, even if there is only one person making sandwiches they are not screwing around. I have been to other stores with 4 people not working as hard as everyone does here. This is the one meal that our 4 year old will eat everything up, he gets so excited to go here and even has his regular table (the booth by the front window)

The last three orders have all been messed up. They mixed up toppings for a 6” sandwich and put them on the footlong sandwich, they’ve made order with incorrect breads, and the time before that, none of our sandwiches had sauces on them. I didn’t write a review the first two times because I was giving them the benefit of the doubt, but third time in a row is too much. It’s frustrating to bring the food home and opening the sandwich to find out that it’s been made incorrectly. I would refrain from using this location, it sucks because it’s the only one in Zionsville.
