My friend with a speech impediment was ordering and they instantly had an attitude. Very short responses. We were ordering for 4 people and on person changed his mind and when we told them they said “oh my god” like it was the most inconvenient thing. We decided to take our business elsewhere. It was in professional at all and very disappointed and the way they handle a customer changing their mind and someone with a speech impediment.

What a joke. I’m in town for a conference. I ordered my food one hour before closing. I’m six blocks away but didn’t feel like driving after drinking. When I called I’m told they threw my order away because they didn’t have a driver to deliver. No call no text nothing. Won’t ever ever order from this place when I’m in Jamestown. Very poor business period

The place is extremely dirty and they got the order wrong and when we told them they just said okay and threw it away and cussed at us with an attitude the manager said dont talk to my workers like that because we said we were going to talk to the manager and he said well guess what I am the manager while they were whispering in the back never eat at this place if you wanna have a good day
