My wife and I decided to come to Texas Roadhouse for dinner tonight (New Year’s Eve). The moment we walked in, we were greeted so warmly by Olivia. Kenzie walked us to our table once it was ready. Our server, Jade, was amazing. From the moment she came to our table, her friendly and warm personality set the tone for what would be a very wonderful dining experience. My wife ordered the Portobello mushroom chicken with a side salad and mashed potatoes. I ordered the bone-in Rib Eye steak, medium, with a side salad and a loaded baked potato. We started off with the Cactus Blossom. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. Everything was full of flavor and very juicy. Nothing was dry or over-cooked. One of the managers, Hailey, came to our table and asked how things were. I told her that everything was better than we expected. I would give this dining experience 10 stars if I could. This was the best dining experience we had in a very long time, and it all started with Olivia and ended with Jade. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the dining room was very clean. Happy New Year to the best steak house in Statesboro.

Came here for father’s day and even though it was packed we didn’t wait too long. Our server (Melissa) was very nice and attentive despite being swamped. My steak was great as is the usual with Texas Roadhouse but at this location it was cooked to absolute perfection. I like a medium well steak and this was as good as it gets!

My wife an I decided to go out for lunch yesterday to Texas Roadhouse in Statesboro. From the moment we entered we were treated very kindly. In just 2 minutes they had our booth ready. We then met our waitress Baylee ( not sure if spelled her name correctly). She was amazing!! She was super sweet and interacted with us like she had known us her whole life. We ordered and within 10 minutes our food arrived. Everything was cooked perfect and was so good. Baylee came to check on us several times throughout our meal. She was always so polite and we enjoyed her company. Everything, from walking in the door ,to leaving was so awesome. We will be back, and we highly recommend this Roadhouse

Texas Roadhouse great Restaurant chain. TX RH has good cuts of steaks chicken,shrimp and a host of other items the only negative was the over cook assume blossom. Our server was nice polite and professional.

Def not the experience I was expecting. Service was fast but hard to catch server once food was brought. Hot yeast rolls with honey butter and cactus blossom for starters both good. Smothered chicken was small and dry with little flavor. Green beans were good but loaded mac and cheese not good at all(sent it back actually). The loaded mashed potatoes I got as a replacement were not good either(loaded but little flavor–crazy right? Oh and cold). Added the ranch from cactus blossom for flavor. My friend did like the Beef tips over mashed potatoes. My only reason for return will be to use the remainder of my gift card. ***I ordered a cactus blossom to go for my mom and it was NOT good. It was not completely done. Mushy batter in the center–YUCK!**

We went there for our Anniversary Week and Katie was our server. She was FANTASTIC! Made us feel very special and gave us some neat advice on how to make our Anniversary Week even better! Sweet Sweet Soul! She also helped me make the best decision for which steak to buy! Will definitely go back to see her. Delaney was the manager and she came over to make sure we had everything to our liking and gave us the assurance that customer satisfaction was their number one priority!

I want to give a huge shout out to this location and its staff. We came for my daughter’s birthday and wanted to do the special birthday saddle thing they do. We also have another child who is autistic as as much as he loves that part its too loud for him. All it took was letting thw staff know and they made it so my daughter could be celebrated and my son could be fully involved to cheer her on too. Thank you for not only making it special but making it easier for my son to be a part of!

Normally I don’t leave reviews but when a manger argues the menu, it’s necessary. I ordered a medium steak and when it came out it was rare. I asked them to cook it more which means the manage brings it out. The manager that brought it out (keslee) she argued that hot red center is a medium and that’s how they do their mediums so I would need to order different next time. The menu clearly states that medium is hot pink. After the third time of them cooking it, it came out chewy and tasted like burnt char, definitely didn’t even eat it. It’s rude for a manager to argue with a customer that this is how they cook their mediums when the menu clearly states otherwise. I will be driving to Pooler from now on.

We met up here on a Sunday afternoon. The wait time was less than 10 minutes.our waitress was Savannah and she was absolutely wonderful. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Atmosphere was great as well but to some people the music is a little loud. We had no complaints at all. Keep up the great work guys and gals! Yee Haw!

We finally got a chance to eat at Statesboro’s Texas Roadhouse. Service was absolutely amazing, as was the atmosphere. Christan, our server, was attentive and provided 5-star treatment.
For the appetizer, we settled on the Cactus Blossom. I ordered the 20oz bone-in ribeye, baked potato, and Caesar salad. My friend ordered two pork chops, green beans, and steak fries.
While my steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked, the potato was a bit over-baked. It wasn’t necessarily a problem, as I left no crumbs. I did not care much for the Cactus Blossom or the Cajun dipping sauce. They were not bad at all, just not seasoned to my liking. I much prefer those menu items at Outback Steakhouse. That goes for the bread as well; I am not too fond of sweet tasting dinner rolls.
My friend raved about the tenderness and taste of his pork chops. You cannot go wrong with steak fries; they were hot and delicious. He did not like the sweet green beans, and after tasting them, I didn’t either. Nevertheless, we both agreed we would return to the restaurant for two main reasons: there are so many options from which to choose and because although the restaurant was extremely busy, customer service was top notch.
