I ordered Shrimp Lo Mein from Uber One and it was pretty good. The container of my Lo Mein looked smallish but I was stuffed and had to force myself to finish it

the restaurant is very underrated, I’m just in shock. This is the first real Chinese restaurant I’ve been to in America in the last 15 years. I know Chinese cuisine well, believe me, and I’ve been to China very often before, probably 30-40 trips. I chose Sichuan cuisine, but of course, it will seem spicy to someone, and I’m not as young as I was 15-20 years ago, but still, my body may have perceived it very pleasantly. Wonderful atmosphere, calm piano music, very polite waitress, and strangely enough very few people. If I lived in this city, I would come here constantly, several times a week. It was very nice to spend the evening here. Thank you very much

These people are incredibly kind. I had an Uber order from them and arrived late, and the restaurant was already closed. Even so, they thoughtfully left the food outside so the Uber driver could pick it up and deliver it to the customer. Truly thoughtful and caring service—much appreciated. ❤️

Eastern Bay Chinese Restaurant is a great spot if you’re in the mood for some tasty Chinese food. The place has a really nice vibe, with decor that gives it an authentic feel. The food was seriously good, full of flavor and cooked just right.
The service was super quick – we didn’t have to wait long at all, which was a big plus. The background music was a nice touch too, adding to the relaxed atmosphere.
If you’re thinking about ordering delivery, I’d definitely recommend it. The food holds up well, and you get the same delicious taste at home as you would if you ate there. Overall, a solid choice whether you’re eating in or getting it to go.

It’s been a while since we had been there, and they no longer do a buffet.
The food was well made and came out quickly for inexpensive Chinese, but it was a bit eerie being almost the only people eating there.
A few people came in for takeout.
Our server was nice. Soda comes in bottles…

Why? Why? Why no Chinese restaurants in Columbus can consistently produce good 锅包肉？？(Except a consistently terrible one that I’m not gonna name it here.) I drove 20+ mins to come here, and it’s supposed to be my comfort food on a Friday evening. Did an intern make this?? Mind you, it’s not just a sweet and sour dish (though even the seasoning is not right this time), it’s supposed to be crispy!!! Last time was amazing and today’s dish was so disappointing… Not Crispy At All…

I can’t believe the slander of this place. It’s always been reliably great every time I’ve ordered whether it be through GrubHub, DoorDash, or UberEats. I called with a few preference questions tonight and they were polite and offered accommodations without having to be asked. My food was great (as usual) especially their little almond cookies.

I likely wouldn’t order anything with the chicken ever again. The scallion pancakes and Thai tea were delicious! The Tom Yum is tasty but i recommend doing veggies only, or the shrimp! The broth is sour from lime just like a good pho broth.

Very professional and friendly staff, very friendly. The restaurant itself is BEAUTIFUL! Atmosphere is great! Lighting, cleanliness, the seating etc is all great. Drink selection, buffet etc. Pricing is great, and the food is DELICIOUS!!! I can’t recommend this restaurant enough!! And they’re open til 1am! Doesn’t get better than that!
