I understand having people pull forward in the drive through if their order is going to take longer than some of the people behind them. Being asked to go wait in the parking lot when there are no other people behind them just so they can cheat on their timers that the managers are enforcing is just ridiculous. It’s pretty clear the management at this branch cares far more about their metrics than the customer, and this establishment should probably be avoided.

Stopped in for breakfast while on a road trip. Everything was prepared to our liking. We were one of two people in the restaurant area. They called the wrong number, after 10 min we asked where our food was, they acted mad that the food was wasted. They made it again.

Stopped here for lunch on our way to Salt Lake. Ordered a whopper with no onions (I’m allergic). They asked if I wanted cheese and I said no. (The whopper doesn’t even come with cheese) When I got the burger, it had onions and cheese on it. The receipt showed I ordered with no onions and no cheese. Went back through the drive through and explained what happened, they said they’d make me a new one. When I got the new burger the meat was in pieces, and missing parts of it, and like… Missing the top? It looked like it had been scrapped and torn up and then put back together? It seemed like they just took a burger out of the trash and slapped it onto a bun and fed it to me.
I’ve always been nervous about asking for a replacement when I ordered something and didn’t get it. The fear is that they will spit in your food or what they did to me….
People shouldn’t be treated badly for asking for what they paid for.
I just ended up tossing my food and going elsewhere.
Really unfortunate that the workers here don’t treat their customers with respect.

Terrible service. Front person saw me and then walked away for 5 minutes, walked back and didn’t even acknowledge me and then when I said “excuse me” twice, finally gave me a finger like “wait”. All she did was talk to her co-worker in Spanish about the guests which unfortunately I could understand. Where do they find workers to hire with this work ethic?

Friendly and helpful service in a gas station/mini restaurant. Decent prices considering this is quite remote. The coke freestyle machine is welcome. There’s not much seating, so you might want to take your food to go at the busiest time

Basic run of the mill Burger King in a truckstop. Place is worn looking. Every time I come here ar least one of the lights is burnt out. Staff doesn’t seem like they want to be here.
Typically the food has been o.k and sometimes there is a pretty good wait even with no one in line except 3 people hanging out that have already ordered before you even walked in the door who are still waiting to get their food.
If you have time great, but if your in a hurry keep on driving.

The cashier (young white make wearing a PLAYBOY jacket) decided to first touch cash then go touch my food and they don’t have the fry servers so he used tongs, and gave a medium fry the size of small. I didn’t pay extra to get less. And my son got a total of 19 fries. Yes I counted his just to see. And when i said he should be changing gloves he got attitude and his manager a Hispanic lady in the back didn’t care. Plus the inside was filthy. Don’t recommend going here. The pilot they are located in is nice and clean.
