Relaxed place with exposed-brick walls serving an eclectic pub menu alongside house-brewed beers.

Excellent pub and restaurant. Great for before show at state theater. Nice selection of beer. The sandwiches are good had barbecued chicken with sweet potato fries.
Lively busy place. Make reservations.

Absolutely wonderful. Food 10/10. Drinks 10/10. Service?? 10/10!
The bartenders were attentive and accommodating. We asked for a shot they didn’t know and they looked it up and made it for us.
We had pickles chips and chicken casear pizza. Both were delicious!
Will come here everytime I’m in town.

I stopped here with friends after a late lunch somewhere else so I didn’t try any food. But I love feel of this place and would return to eat. It has an upscale but relaxed vibe. Not what I was expecting. Pretty casual space though and good for some drinks and convo.
They use tablets for their menu, love. I don’t drink beer much anymore but seem to have a good selection and my friends enjoyed it. They have wine and cocktails also. I opted for an espresso martini (not exactly the drink name listed), filled to the rim, it was okay. I would run through the cocktail menu if I go back. I don’t live close so would have to be in the area.
The place got pretty busy for dinner. It is in the Rutgers area so I’m sure more students, staff, families at other times. Street parking.

I cannot tell you enough how pleasantly surprised I was about this place. For a bar it offers everything, soup, coffee, drinks, small bites and a great choice of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. I fact I cannot recollect a single restaurant or bar in my last trip to the United States that gave you such a welcome choice of food and a lot of it was vegetarian. It’s located on George Street really nice part of New Brunswick where all the good restaurants are. Staff was friendly and kind you the portions can be large so order carefully if you don’t like wasting food. I was a bit disappointed with the beer I ordered as it did not feel like beer – or maybe it’s the beers I am used to. All I would say is if you ate in the New Brunswick area for whatever reason, they enough on their menu that you could eat here every day for the whole week and still be able to order something different every time and that’s saying something. Oh it was a weekend and they had live music – but it’s played on the street where they also have plenty of tables to seat. Unfortunately that live music part was hmm well let’s not talk about it….All in all a great place – go check it out if you are in the area. You will be glad you did…

Update: My friend chose this place again for her birthday. I ordered a burger rare, but it came medium well and bone dry. Older: I came here with a group of friends for a birthday. I liked how there were stockings hung all along the bar. The musical performer is AMAZING. The Brussel sprouts, pretzel, and crab dip were very good apps. I had the Buffalo chicken wrap with sauce on the side (good call- it was spicy). I subbed fries for the chips, and they were fine. My friends seemed to enjoy their French dip, pulled pork, and chicken parm sandwiches.

Five of us sat outside at Harvest Moon. Our server, Adelaide, was fun and helpful.
We enjoyed:
-Guinness cheddar burger
-Grown up cheese sticks
-Blacked chickened skewers
-Margherita pizza
We did NOT enjoy the seared tuna salad. I should have thought better than to order seared tuna (or salad) at a pub, so this was definitely my own fault.
The beer sampler was well enjoyed. I also recommend trying the Dunluce Castle stout. It is their only stout, I think, and I enjoyed. It is quite a bit lighter than Guinness but still good.
There were not a lot of dessert options.

Came here with a larger party of 11 for my friends birthday. We sat outside and the vibes were pretty good! Service was okay, a little slow, especially with receiving the bill, but understandable because we were a larger group. The food overall was okay. I surveyed the group and everyone had similar opinions on the food. We started with the pickle chips, the sauce was overpowering. I got a french onion soup, which wasn’t my favorite french onion, but wasn’t the worst. A lot of us got sandwiches/wraps. I got the chicken sandwich, but meant to get the crispy chicken sandwich, so that was a bit disappointing. Food was a bit pricey for what it was.

Gene is like one of the best and most attentive bartenders I’ve ever had. He gives great recommendations and makes even better cocktails. Andrew pours the best Blue Dolphins in town

Great beer selection. They have a beer-style for everyone. I ended up getting a flight of 4 ($10) of the various styles. Beer was cold and fresh.
I also got the beef sandwich (~$16) which was really good…better than I expected. I’ve come to expect sub-par food from breweries…but this was pretty good.
The service was great. Not only to me but all the guest as servers were constantly present, checking in on all customers.
The only pain is the parking in the area. I had to circle around for about 20 minutes before finding a street spot. You may be able to park further out. if you don’t mind the walk, or at a nearby garage. There are a bunch of other eating options is the area, so taking some time to explore before or after your brewery visit isn’t a bad idea.

First time here. My wife found this place and thought it would be good for me, because she knows I like beer, sports, and relaxed places. Harvest Moon ticks all those boxes! Our server/bartender Julia was awesome! She went above and beyond for the time we were there! Since I work in NB, I will be coming here more often! Great music playlist as well!
