Update 2025 – 11:26am on a Sunday. Again, the fries were the best. We visit whenever we visit our son, and this time Theresa, server staff who made our fries and took our order was great! Friendly, efficient, and made our fries perfect.
I’ve been to many Five Guys in several states and usually, I love the burger but have issues with the fries – they’re not crispy – EXCEPT for today. I was at this location and the fries were PERFECT – crispy outside and tender inside. I think this was my favorite french fry experience. Whatever you’re doing, keep doing it. I’ll be back. Thank you.

I’ve had a lot of burgers from Five Guys. They are always tasty, but they don’t typically look as photogenic as this burger I got the other day. Excellent job!

Went to grab a burger after work, but for five guys they had 15 mins left before closing. That didn’t stop the crew from treating me like any other customer throughout the day. I was welcomed with great energy. When I was ordering and was not sure what to get, the manager Renee explained the menu to me for topping. During the waiting process, I asked a few questions about the process and was given answers in a respectful manner. I waited about 5 mins for my food and was out the door. Very clean inside and no one looked like they were trying to go home, for it being so late. I would come back again. Very pleased with the energy and food.

Waiting over 30 minutes for a pickup outside…. This place is always 2x longer than the pickup estimate. Tried calling 3x with no answer. Then my call would go straight to a no voicemail answering service….. horrible service. Good food tho if you can put up with their bullshit. Ended up having to go inside and they hadn’t started my food yet even tho I hit the I am here button.

I placed an order of 1 cheese burger,hot dog and French fries everything was good but the cheeseburger was ice cold the condiments was way to many I took a picture of them there was 4 tomatoes 5 hot peppers and there was 8 pickles I never had cold food from here I am very upset I spent 34.45 plus a 10.00 tip I am very pissed off and my driver was very good at delivery and the tomatoes were not ripe they were very crunchy

I visited 5 Guys in Branford on RT. 1. The restaurant is clean and ordering was quick and easy as usual. I was surprised to hear that my cheeseburger and regar fries and drink order was going to be over $16! Although the burgers are good and fries are cooked well, I felt the value was very off. The burgers seem smaller these days and the regular fries cup is smaller. Although they always give you more fries on top of your order, everything is downsized these days. I certainly won’t be visiting 5 Guys in the future as the price has gone up and the portions have gone down. Possibly a more fair price for what you get might earn my business back.
