Absolutely terrible. Ordered the Meatnormous Calzone on 3 different days and received a different item every time. This last one had nothing that was listed on the description, and had large chunks of raw white onion and banana peppers with buffalo chicken in it. Not sure how you can mess it up that bad but ok.

I waited an hour and 30min for food, the order came out wrong 4 times. Finally asked for a refund and they refunded less than I paid. I was a total mess of a place / night. Unfortunately it’s one of the only places for late night food. Hope they get it together.

I ordered the 5 pcs chicken wings and a side of tatter tots and the chicken was severely undercooked it looked almost white. The pictures on the menu gave the appearance that it was going to be fired but it was baked. Which is not a problem, provided that it’s properly cooked. Then to top everything off the service was severely slow. Think twice before you order the chicken.

Ordered from there and it took about 2 hours to come, due to a mistake in their system which I can understand and was not upset about. However when the food arrived was not impressed. Fries are soggy and undercooked. Mozzarella sticks were lukewarm and super hard. Calzone does have a good taste to it but didn’t receive the marinara sauce I asked for to pair with it. Just overall a little disappointed.

I have eaten here two times, both times I have gotten the calzones and wings. The food has been amazing. I am not sure why there are bad reviews both times I have eaten there it has been great customer service and great food. I usually eat there after I leave a bar downtown. The food is quick and cooked all the way through. I love the atmosphere and the inside of the restaurant. I would highly recommend this restaraunt!

***EDIT: I’ve dropped them down from 5 to 2 stars because the last 4 calzones were overcooked, tough & not seasoned. Delivery in one order was supposed to be 30 minutes and it turned into much longer (well over an hour). The driver let an unauthorized coworker sign my credit card receipt.
They have a Mac & Cheese calzone that is to die for!!! It’s always fresh, hot and made to order the way I like it. I also appreciate their bolo Tuesday’s. You won’t be sorry going here 🙂
