Food was good but I was charged the wrong price 3 times for 1 transaction…actual bill was 1.04..gave 5.05…got back .01. I corrected and said I was shorted 4 ones and then was given another .04. I then corrected again and said you need to take the .04 back and give me 4 ones back. After ,3 times I was given then right change. Very strange. Food is good but keep an eye on your totals and change

They didn’t have as big of a variety of baked goods as I expected. Items were also on the pricey side for what you get.

It’s not good. Breakfast was horrible. Will never return. Sausage and bacon were burnt. Scrambled eggs were brown. Don’t waste your money on the “Amish “. Only using the name.

Get the chicken tenders basket and eat it with the gravy they give. Perfect. Best chicken and gravy we had in Kentucky. Avoid the steak sandwich. They literally just cooked a steak, no prep like cutting the fat, and slapped it between two pieces of bread. The steak tasted good but it was NOT a sandwich. Pulled pork was very simple, tasted fine.

Bottom line: the chicken tenders and gravy… so good. Don’t pass them up.

We visited the Amish bakery and honestly have been too much better. Ended up not buying too much, but we did buy several items from the bakery. Fried pie was just OK, definitely not one of my favorites I’ve had. We also got a few slices of cheesecake. For six dollars a slice, we expected better. We did not visit the restaurant next-door so we cannot review that part.

There is nothing like this roast beef/melted Swiss cheese + mushroom & onion. And purple tiger. That is must try!
Some thing like $13.
Definitely going to come back here.

I live in Australia and visit my friends in Kentucky , this store is ALWAYS on my travel agenda. We travel 2hrs just so I can visit. I absolutely love the food and bakery goods (apple, blackberry and peach turn overs. Oh and the donuts….) and bread. They also do the best hot chips (fries) in America. Oh and the sea salt caramel chocolate! Everything about this place is great, the food, the people. I can not express how much I love it. I’ve visited 4 times and always bring my family. I wish the family who run the bakery well and I hope it remains for many years so I can keep visiting.
