The boys were great right? My issue is not with the service level but the food I received. My fries were quite literally burnt, you ever had burnt crispy fries? Yeah not a lot of potato to enjoy in there. My milkshake had clumps of these white small things in it. My bacon was quite literally black you’ll see the picture $30 worth of for I ended up trashing.customer service is of no help besides “putting in a request for a refund” with no SLA as to how long that takes. Let’s start with the fries. The size I ordered is regular. I asked the manager (I assume in the all black uniform maybe not) if that was the regular he confirmed yes. My friends, that is the full amount right there in the cup. Nothing in the bag nada. I’ve gotten little fries order and been overwhelmed numerous times. The burger as you can see is crap with three thinly sliced jalapeños. I love five guys. But this is by far hands down the worst experience and five guys I’ve ever been too

I placed an order online. I get to the door it’s 11 pm 2/6/26. Order says it was ready. I knocked on the door and another worker indicated( to what I’m guessing was the manger) and the manager than proceeded to laugh with his coworkers about him locking the door in my face, without acknowledging my presence. My order was made, it was sitting right there, and one of them then went and took it home and ate it, I’m assuming, although the order was paid for already by me. The manager with the I believe to be what looks like dry fake locs needs to be held accountable and fired for his lack of professionalism and setting a bad example for his peers.A person who has no respect for others especially customers has no right to be in any position to lead others.

EVERYTIME I come in whether it’s to pick up an order or place one this young man is EXCEPTIONAL!! HE GREETS EVERY PERSON THAT COMES IN THAT DOOR! I WATCHED 3 PEOPLE PILE IN AT CLOSING. He didn’t frown , he didn’t get upset , he greeted all of us even the last minute ones ! He also made my food and checks AFTER taking all of our orders as well ! There were other workers there however, I saw this young mad run the whole FOH ! Thanks EJ! KEEP IT UP !

Was in the Central Avenue area the other day and it was later in the afternoon when I realized that I hadn’t eaten lunch yet.
When I saw the 5 Guys sign in the little shopping center. I decided to pull in and have something to eat.
One of the better choices that I’ve made lately.
Everything was handicap accessible and there was plenty of parking space available.
There were plenty of tables outside with umbrellas for shade. And the majority of the tables were already shaded from the sun because of the large overhang of the building.
The inside of both the restaurant and the restrooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained.
Whenever it was my turn to order, I chose a double-burger with cheese, some fries and a small drink.
When I had finished my order, she asked me what kind of toppings I wanted on my burger. Initially, I had overlooked the toppings that were available for my burger. The staff member directed my attention to the bottom of the board and told me that all of the toppings were free of charge. This alone impressed me to no end, as there was quite a large selection to choose from.
I chose lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, pickles, grilled onions and grilled mushrooms as well. Besides the toppings that I’ve mentioned, there were at least 8 to 10 more toppings available at no additional cost whatsoever.
Don’t forget the peanuts while you are waiting for your order. They are also free of charge and located next to the huge bags of potatoes; which are just waiting to be turned into some of their fantastic french fries
The burger and toppings did not disappoint. They weren’t stingy with any of their ingredients.
The fries were nicely done with a crispness to them. They overflowed the serving cone that they were in and littered the bottom of the bag.
The whole meal was extremely tasty and well cooked. I was very impressed with the whole operation and would strongly recommend this restaurant to any burger aficionados out there.
The whole vibe of the restaurant was laid back and relaxing.

Way to ruin a business that just opened. This is a small burger for $8. Not even condiments. Never ever again. Not at the Plaza Midwood location and nowhere else. If I could zero stars, I would!

Had two burgers not even in the bag for 10 minutes that’s completely soaked through the bag and onto my pants and sweatshirt everywhere. The burgers were made EXTREMELY SLOPPY AND DISGUSTING! DO BETTER! Then have the nerve to have a phone that’s not in service or rings…
