This Taco bell was my favorite one to go to till today. Employees was more worried about delivery and drive thru. There was a woman that was here with her children when we got here and found out she had been waiting a hour for her food. Then seen people come in order and get their food before us and the lady that been waiting a hour. So I will never come to this taco bell on the weekend again. Because I never have this problem during the week. We waited 35 min for our food. Normally we are in and out in 20 to 30 min. But what made it so bad my Fiance was late getting back to work. He only gets a hour for lunch. Thank God for a understanding Boss.

My wife ordered three soft shell taco supreme with NO LETTUCE and NO TOMATOES…….. it came out with no sour cream also but I had already pulled off so we couldn’t go inside to get it corrected.

Aside from that everything else was fine!

Girl working at drive thru was rude today. I went thru about 2:40pm today (Thursday. Oct. 16) on Lake Joy Rd. She was extremely short with her answers and rolled her eyes at me when I asked a question and the 2nd time I asked a question, she did not answer me. She was mumbling in her reply when I asked her what her name was but she said something like Kayli’s or Kaylee. I know it is hard to find good help these days but she should be hidden away in the kitchen where she can have no interaction with customers who are spending their hard earned money at your business. People like her make me not want to go back there. Management should be careful because Popeyes across the street practically went out of business because of the way they treated their customers.

I usually never have issues with this location. But today, I decided to walk in to get my order instead of using the drive-thru because it was a rather large order. There was a disgustingly rude woman on the make line when I came back in immediately from my car because my 12 pack of Cinnabon delights were missing. Saddest part was, she never said anything DIRECTLY to me… she just talked crap to the other employee that asked if they could make the order for me. She kept saying she needed to “see a receipt” and grudgingly named MY order as if I hadn’t paid for it. Then I watched her pop one into her mouth on the make line with the same gloves she just made my food with and continued to use as I walked out. Imagine being upset someone wants the food they paid for while simultaneously stuffing your nasty face with the same food you’re consuming for free. She needs a lesson in humility and an attitude adjustment to say the least.

One of my favorite Taco Bells, the service is always great. Food can be somewhat sloppy when put together

Taco Bell’s food quality has gone downhill over time. Our latest order had a hair in one of the items (see the pic). The app is useless if any in-store prices differ from what’s in the app. If an in-store price differs from the app, the app gives an error and doesn’t tell where the error is.

Taco Bell to Taco Bell, this place is for sure one of the better. They have a mix of kiosk and in-person ordering that works well. The food was prepared fast and correct. The bathrooms were clean, they kept the dining room clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Phabian is awesome! Showed up late after the lobby was closed in a tall service van and couldn’t fit in the drive thru. Phabian and other crew members saw me and stopped me from leaving and took my order at the door. Really appreciate this crew and can’t thank them enough for making sure I don’t go hungry on this late night!

Well I think I have this store figure it out. It’s not all horrible. Some of my experiences have been horrible but you know I do come here quite often because it’s close to where I live. The food is good but if you ever have a complaint at this location don’t even waste your time having the general manager or district manager waiting to get back in touch with you so that this particular manager could hear my complaints from me which originally started off being 3 $1 items take in about 18 minutes to get and there is only about 4 cars in the Drive-Thru and I was going on my lunch break so I figured I’d run in the store to get my food OMG was that a huge mistake. I don’t know what was going on during at lunch time but it seems to be that the morning shift or rather the lunch shift could learn from the evening shift about three important things. Number 1 I would have to say customer service meaning not just taking their order and giving them their food it goes beyond that. Listening and getting confirmation for example so I have two tacos with no lettuce is that right? That way the customer knows that you heard what they said.

Can you believe it’s been nearly 8 weeks since I made my complaint with corporate office about this location and me having to wait 17 minutes to get 3 small items.
