Kitchen food was wonderful. I love their fried oysters. The soup was served pretty hot. Sashimi, nigiri, and rolls are not any different from Sushi Palace or any same type restaurant. The staffs are friendly and the service was very good. There are a lot of tables to accommodate customers. They also have 2 private rooms for small groups…

This is one of the best All You Can Eat sushi places in the area. Much better than Sushi Palace (Princeton) and about as good as, and sometimes better than, Sushi Saga (Edison). The quality and amount of sushi you can get for the price is fantastic.
The pictures I’ve attached are from a few different visits. The kitchen food is very tasty and always comes out fresh and hot. The sushi rolls are beautiful and delicious. The sashimi is so, so good. The sushi is good, but the sushi rice is under seasoned and tastes more like plain rice.
The only downside: this place is so good that it gets very packed around dinner time, especially on weekends. I have waited over an hour for a table once.
Highly, highly recommend if you like sushi!

Ahhh how to describe the best sushi place on earth. I’ve been to a lot of states, and countries but I am yet to find a place like Ichiban. As the name states, it is truly the best sushi. The prices are affordable, its all you can eat, the food is always fresh, perfectly made, delicious and pleasurable. Honestly, I can’t describe my love for this place enough.

Awesome food. Big portions and fair price. Absolutely enjoyed it. Don’t miss their ice cream tempura 🙂
Update: this is my second visit and it is even better than last time. They just cannot stop being AWESOME! My wife and I ordered Rock’N shrimp and edamame for appetizer, volcano roll and spicy grill roll for main and everything was absolutely perfect. Check out my photos and hope you enjoy ,☺️

Had the AYCE sushi here which comes out to approx $40 adults and $22 kids. Appetizers were really good and so was most of the sushi. Not the freshest sushi but not the worse, I’d stay away from rolls since it’s a lot of rice.
The service unfortunately was a 0. It took almost 2 hours to get our sushi and the staff wasn’t friendly at all, very grouchy. We got sat in a room and each time had to run outside and hunt down a waitress. They fill u up w water so u get full.

I’ve been here several times with my boss. Food was really great, especially Chirashi. I like it very much because I can taste different kinds of fishes and other stuffs as well. Roll was good as well Price is also not very high. Good place to have Sushi and rolls.

Par sushi restaurant. Decent all you can eat option but it is difficult to get good service. Low grade fish cut too thin for sashimi to properly enjoy. The rice ball falls apart when you dip it meaning incorrectly made. Making the food is flawed as well as you have two chefs making massive orders then backlog happens once a third order is in. Tempura and sushi rolls were well done though.

Sashimi and sushi were fresh. The cooked food was good too.
Word of advise .. order more sashimi than sushi or you’ll get full real fast. You can’t go wrong with all you can eat sashimi and sushi!

Ichiban doesn’t differ much from the other sushi places, other than the all you can eat. Typical lack luster service, raw fish, and led lights illuminating the dinning room.
