The food was just amazing! I ordered cheese sticks for my starter. They were the best I have had in years. They were perfectly cooked and hand made. The main entree was half rack of ribs, fries, and beans. The bbq sauce went perfect on the ribs. The beans were perfect with flavor that made you want seconds. The dessert was apple pie. I got that with ice cream and walnut sauce on the side. It was DAMN good! I will be coming here again. I haven’t had such a good homemade meal in a long time.

The food was absolutely horrible. The wings were beyond nasty and looked un edible. The fried mushrooms tasted like chemical once bitten into. My experience with the food was just not enjoyable at all.

Update: Food was great, however, our recent service last week (5th) was terrible. We got asked for our drink order before we were even finished being seated, the kid ran away with drinks order mid-question. Waitress took our food order and basically disappeared the rest of the night, and we sat waiting for a long time, wondering where our appetizers were… then our appetizers came out with our dinner, and most of it was cold as a result. Not a place to take your visiting family. Very embarrassed. Food was amazing, but it was not a good experience dining in. Appetizers should not come out at the same time as the food! 🙁
Has a super chill couch area, tables, bar, bar gambling stations, seperate arcade and tables for families, seperate bar area with pool, shock put, pinball… good drinks, tvs… always a little busy. Food ranges from good to bomb, depending on what you get… That said, has EVERYTHING it’s impossible to get a good idea of what’s best unless you eat there EVERY. DAY. Pizza, burgers, pasta, chicken, appetizers, BBQ… Good local food and bar! True “Gardnerville experience”!

First of all I love everything about Jethros! Their food (normally), the service and atmosphere!! But today January 7, 2024 at 1:00 I called in for a Hoagie sandwich with turkey, cheddar and provolone cheese and bun only!! I specifically told the young lady just meat cheese and bun/roll!! When I got my sandwich home it was covered in onions, lettuce, tomatoes and the cheese was shredded cheese!! We adapted and the young lady said she would try to give me a refund, I just asked for someone to find out who screwed this up!!
