Ordered online and got this crap, is this a joke ? My husband picked up the order and came home to see this? Very cold , old fries with 5 pieces of fries in each box. They don’t like to cook so they turn off the deep fryer at night and not cook things fresh . Horrible !! DONT COME HERE , very rude cold shoulder employees

I ordered food for at 6:10pm yesterday at the east Washington and mitthoffer location. I arrived at the restaurant about 10 minutes later after only ordering chicken strips, fries, and biscuits for my boys group. It took 15 after we arrived and for me to get out of the car after l sent the boys in to grab there food to even get acknowledged by the staff. Mind you I have a group of teen boys standing right in front of the counter with no one else in the restaurant… I have to go in a speak to the whole group because no one is on the front counter, then I hear a yell from the back… ” yall gone have to wait, we’re coming. Its about 6:35pm. The drive through guy eventually comes up and is rude and short, what y’all need? I have and online order, he looks at the screen and calls out for them to begin making the food… then he finally acknowledges the boys in the lobby and asks the front front counter person what they were waiting on, I told him they were waiting on the order I was coming in to get… he tried to get smart, I’m talking about them… I said I am too… they are with me… his response is, well y’all going to have to wait because they gave out all of the tenders through the drive thru and just now saw our order… my problem is with the tone, my guy was acting like he wanted a problem… this a common practice among this chain of restaurants…. bad service, sometimes bad food to accompany that service. We finally got our food at about 7pm, At this point I have stopped eating their food but I will not longer buy their food event when requested. This is totally unacceptable… on the other hand I was able to show my boys how not to be baited by an incompetent service or disrespectful people… Popeyes count your days

Ordered in the app, when I got there I was ignored. They did 4 drive thru orders after they saw me. The manager went out to the lobby to fire an employee cause the other manager needed help doing it? After 10 minutes they finally make my order. Tell me I’ll have to wait for biscuits. I tell them just give me the chicken. Get home and was a mix of chicken not the pieces I had requested. Fries were cold and chicken was dried out. Will drive across town before I go back there again.

The food was hot and tasted great — no complaints there. Unfortunately, the service was less than desirable. I waited several minutes at the first window where the sign says to stop and pay, but no one came. After waiting, I pulled up to the next window and held out my debit card to pay. The employee at the window snapped, “Didn’t you pay?” I explained that no one was at the first window and that the sign didn’t exactly say what she claimed. She immediately became rude, took my card, and continued speaking in a tone that was far from professional.
When another employee, a Hispanic woman, brought my food to the window, I asked for the first employee’s name but received only a blank look as if she didn’t understand me.
The food itself was great, but customer service training definitely seems needed at this location, or be aware of your drive thru/counter staff and how they are treating patrons!

Went in the evening after a movie. The kitchen was a complete disaster. Should have been a red flag. We ordered our food. The Mac and Cheese was completely filled with grease and was mush. When I tried to get a new side they said this is how it normally comes. I had to pay to order something else for my daughter.

Everytime I’ve been here it was great. I’ve given them great reviews from the receipt surveys. Food always hot and distributed correctly. Until today. 3.5 tenders in the box when ordered a 5 pc. Burnt fries. And one tender was not edible due to the fact it was pink.

Will think twice about coming back.

I’ve consistently had great experiences at this location—sometimes there’s a bit of a wait, but the food is always fresh and worth it. However, tonight was disappointing.

After picking up my order and returning home, I realized my upgraded side of mac and cheese was missing. I called the store and spoke with a manager. I explained the situation, and he kindly said he could replace the item, which I appreciated. However, he requested the receipt. I checked my bag and found that the receipt had not been included—only the order slip was there.

I told him I had proof of payment via my debit card, but he insisted he had personally placed the receipt in the bag. I informed him that a woman had actually packed my order, and we even had a brief conversation unrelated to the food. He responded that without the receipt, there was nothing he could do. When I asked for the corporate contact information to escalate the issue, he claimed he didn’t know the number and abruptly hung up.

This was incredibly disappointing, especially given how much I usually enjoy this location. I hope this issue can be addressed so that others don’t experience the same poor service.

Smh!!!! I ordered a spicy chicken combo with an additional spicy chicken sandwich for my son, and a 3 piece mild combo with beans and rice for my self. I got my son’s food and our drinks, and then the lady at the window told us to have a good night. I gave her my reciept, and was told to pull up. A young man came and brought a bag out to me, and we left. I should’ve checked the bag, because there were only 5 pieces of chicken in the box. They had my actual RECEIPT and still couldn’t get the order right. They even put the receipt back in the bag. I can’t….
