This specific taco bell should not be considered “fast food” as its not fast at all. Every single time I door dash from here it takes at minimum twice as long as a actual restaurant to get the food ready for pick up orders. I saw at least 5 employees and 1 manager and it still took over 15 minutes for a small order and it was NOT busy. No one asked me what I needed until after 10 minutes of standing in front of them. If you want fast food go somewhere else. I dont recommend door dashing from here if youre ordering food, it’ll be cold by the time they hand it to your driver- not the drivers fault. Do better taco bell.

I picked up an order I placed ahead of time on 2/25 at 2pm. Every item in my order was incorrect and I waited THIRTY minutes ( confirmed by employee ) for them to fix it. Neither the restaurant or drive through were busy. Absolutely ridiculous on every level. I spoke with a teenager who stated she was the manager yet offered no resolution.

Never in my life will I or my family spend money at this place again. Floors in kitchen, absolutely nasty with dropped food and debris. Meat is cooked in plastic bags in a boiler, has to be a health hazard. Management is not the best at all. I would rather go to Arby’s and eat good food, have very low expectations if you plan on eating here, chicken strips are black. Nasty nasty nasty. Everyone that works there spends more time doing nothing then keeping a clean nice place. Disappointing place by far.

We ordered on the app, the order was not ready when it was supposed to be. The employees missed one of our Crunchwrap Supremes. The beefy five layer burritos had very little meat, were the smallest burrito I’ve ever had from Taco Bell, and the Crunchwrap Supreme that we did get had no meat and barely anything else in it, it was mostly bread.

I have never been disappointed with taco bell in my 36 years of life. I had worked all day and just wanted some taco bell since my hometown takes an hour to get to any taco bell.. I ended up with this supreme burrito that was suppose to have extra sour cream.. it didn’t. Also the burrito was cold! I didn’t even get a fork for my potatoes guess I was suppose to eat that like an animal. Disappointed..

Every single time I go to this specific Taco Bell, here in Jerseyville, they always get our order wrong. They do ask if the screen looks right but even when the screen looks good, they still get the order wrong. Me and my man have made a deal that if we want Taco Bell, we might as well drive the extra 30 minutes and go to Jacksonville Taco Bell. I would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone. Customer service was okay but they cannot get the order right.

Took about a minute to make my burrito and the canita taco or whatever. Basid on how they tasted and looked like I’m thinking that could have been the factor. There was maybe three cold pieces of steak in the whole burrito. Mainly just mush. .it still tasted decent although the steak was very chewy. Gave them to the dog. She had no complaints. Cashier was new and he was very nice and went to every table and asked if everything was ok. The vibe was good. Id go back just think I’ll stay away from the steak..
