This location isn’t the best, to be fair some workers are nice but one of them in particular who seemed to be a store manager has kind of attitude.
Besides all of that, restroom was disgusting , like very very Nasty.
If a restaurant can’t keep restrooms clean, I can only imagine what kind of food we eating?

Can never go wrong with the pintos and cheese, chips and cheese, the Nacho fries and cheese or the bean burrito with extra red sauce, onions and cheese. Definitely, my go to place when I don’t get a chance to cook..

First time stopping by at this location and had an awful experience. Is it that hard to package a taco? No quality control whatsoever. I was waiting behind 2 cars for about 15-30 minutes, only to receive this excuse of an order. I barely made it to work, and I can’t even enjoy a taco because apparently, nobody knows how to correctly put a taco inside a wrapper. Avoid this location.

I went through the drive thru because I was in a hurry. It ended up being even longer than I expected. The guy taking the order had no enthusiasm in his voice and when I got to the window spoke really low. I left and got my order and when I was about to feed my son I opened the quesadilla to cool it down for him and noticed how the cheese wasn’t even melted. This will be the last time I ever visit this location. Not to mention I waited 15 mins before the car in front of me got their order.

I never thought I’ll be giving 1 stars to a major food chain. I walked in there for lunch and never walked out of a place so fast. Looked up at their menu just to realize that it is non-existent. You now have to order from the kiosk . Bye taco bell!

I ordered 3 Doritos beef tacos via grubhub from this location for my mother who is bedridden. When the food arrived we found out there was no meat inside the taco shells at all. We thought maybe it was by accident on the first one. But after the 2nd and 3rd one didn’t have anything in it, we had assume the staff working on the night of July 13th at 8:45 PM must have had themselves a huge laugh at the expense of an elderly lady who can’t walk that night. Thankfully grubhub refunded the order. But I personally am not ok with this kind of juvenile behavior with food products. So I’m going to have to ensure this is directly reported to the store manager and district as well. How does one justify treating a customer they have no interaction with other than a computer that reads a standard order with no additions or changes.

The rudest man working drive thru. He clearly was having a bad day and completely took it out on all the customers in front of me in line and all myself couldn’t even order food. Completely unprofessional. When it was my turn to order, he started yelling at me and asked me what I wanted.
