. The meat didn’t smell fresh at all and was heavily loaded with spices just to mask the taste. The plate came with only meat and rice—no salad, no dip, no yogurt—making it extremely dry and hard to eat. The service was very poor, the table was cramped and uncomfortable, and the prices are what you’d expect from a fancy restaurant, while the place itself is barely fast-food level. Overall, it’s a ripoff.

The food is good without question. Need to finalize the sauces issue as there are none. Kebab is good with tomato sauce. Certainly not with ketchup. The portion is huge, which is also a plus. Rather recommend it than not. Visit this restaurant and make your own opinion.

Extremely irresponsible! They messed up my order and completely ignored me afterward. Easily the worst shopping experience ever.

Great local business. Food is always great. Service is friendly and they are sweet people. Favorite dishes include: cornish hen, beef or chicken koobideh, chicken shish kabob and of course the tadig. Have not tried the desserts but they look delicious. Great to stop in and sit down but also great for picking up or delivery (I’ve done all 3!).

I’ve had the pleasure of working with House of Kabob more times than I can count, and every time, it’s been an absolute pleasure!

From their staff to their food, everthing seems to simply be top notch!

Whether it’s for a small gatherings or larger events, the quality, consistency, presentation and professionalism have remained top tier every single time!

The food is always on point; flavorful, rich, delicious, fresh, and generous. Their koobideh is juicy and perfectly seasoned, the chicken kabob is tender and fragrant with saffron, and the rice is consistently fluffy with just the right buttery finish. My favorite however is thier Albalo and Adidas Polo. Its cooked at the level of perfection, evertime with flavors that water my mouth as I’m writing about it!

Everything from the appetizers to the mains is thoughtfully prepared and full of authentic flavor. The food feels balanced, rich, clean and puts a huge smile after eating!

What really takes it over the top is their fruit station setup. It been absolutely stunning! Carved melons, sculpted pineapples, and arrangements that look like something out of a luxury chef’s magazine. It becomes the focal point of the event every time, and guests always ask who did it. It feels like it’s not just a food display, it’s an art piece! Their creativity and selection on different types of teas they offer was also something very unique and hit the right spot.

The staff that go out for events are kind, polite, reliable and increliable! They show up on time, come prepared, clean up after themselves and take pride in what they do. Even last minute changes, are always accommodated with a great attitude.

This is the kind of restaurant that doesn’t just meet expectations, they set a new bar!

It’s rare to find that level of reliability, quality and professionalism combined. Easily one of the best in Southern California!

I highly recommend working with them for catering or any of your events or simply go visit their resturant!

I do not recommend this Persian restaurant. Today was the first time my son and I went there. We ordered one koobideh and one shish kebab, and the total came to $40 with tax, even though we did not order any drinks, appetizers, or dessert.

We arrived before 3:00 PM, expecting lunch pricing, but when the waitress brought the receipt, I was shocked to see that we were charged dinner prices, with each item priced much higher and double . No one informed us about any special rules or price changes in advance.

The food quality was average at best, the service was poor, and the pricing felt unfair and misleading. Unfortunately, this experience felt like a money grab rather than honest service.

This small understated restaurant, serves amazing Persian food, beyond one’s expectations. The meat in every dish, very tender and packed with flavor. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The price and service were great as well. This is one restaurant, you must visit, when in vicinity of Irvine.

Really fantastic food! The menu is a bit pricy around dinner, but the prices are well deserved for both the taste and portions you’re getting. Seriously you will leave a very happy customer if you can clear your plate.

Our only disappointment was they were completely out of all of their deserts when we got there, but otherwise will definitely be going back!

Delicious food, service was a little slow but they seemed undermanned when we visited for dinner. We ordered the tadig with stew and a few different kabobs. They came out amazing and I would definitely return here when I am back in town.
