Always the same experience at this spot and not a good one. Drive thru always makes you park at curbside and wait over 15 minutes. Twice they have forgotten about me and i had to walk inside. They usually ask if i want condiments which i accept but they always fail to put them in. i go to this place because its close to my work but no more. bad service all around

They take forever to even take our order at the drive thru, myself and coworkers have had the same issue, it’s a fast food restaurant not a I’m going to sit and wait restaurant. they can be rude and unprofessional. They took about 30 minutes to take my order, I told the guy my whole lunch is going to be spent here, he tells me we’re doing the other orders, yet there was only one vehicle in front of me, i told him you can at least take my order there’s other vehicles behind me. He got upset and sighed like it was a big deal, like bro it’s your job…Not the 1st time I’ve had the cook be rude and unprofessional. Another 10 minutes and I’m still waiting to pay and get my order. This is ridiculous. They either need more staff or better staff.

Haven’t eaten Jack in the box in awhile now, it’s locations range and there isn’t one in Mercedes where I am from. I got out of work late night and needed to go to the bank in Weslaco so on the way back I got off the expressway and decided to stop for late night food. Their drive thru is open 24 hours, the service was nice and the lady told me to park in spot #1. The food was fresh the fries were delicious and I also got a cheesecake so I was super satisfied with the experience.

Was the only person inside . Took 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. Workers were chatting around they had music playing so loudly tables were sticky . Please go to another location not worth it .

Went there as a last minute late lunch before I pick up the kids. Ordered the “yaki” bowl meal and OMG…. It was fresh and hot! Some people might say, “ouch it burned me,” but I like that my food is at a temperature that has killed all microbes and tastes good at this temp. I even dare say that their egg rolls are better tasting than some Chinese restaurants that have been doing it a while… I sat in line for an hour waiting for my kids but slowly enjoyed my meal.

NEVER go during your lunch break! 20 minutes at the drive thru, had to repeat my order 5 times before they got it right, didn’t get condiments and forks.

Shoulve listened to the review that say NEVER COME HERE ON YOUR LUNCH BREAK!! Only 6 cars were ahead of me and it’s been over half an hour, there’s still 1 car ahead of me and they haven’t taken my order. My entire 1 hour lunch break is gonna be spent waiting at the drive through here. Management needs to do better!
Edit: I really waited 40 min to get cold fries and the sauce missing from my order lol this location is something else.

If you like eating ice and waiting in your car, this one’s for you. They’ll take your order, give you a cup of ice with a shot of soda, and have you park in the front. This location has really gone down in the past 2-3 years
