The Food
We started our meal with two appetizers that set the bar incredibly high:
– Beet Salad: Fresh, vibrant, and perfectly seasoned.
– Zucchini Chips: Light, crispy, and dangerously addictive.
For the main course, we went with the Lamb Chops and the Chicken Kebab.
The lamb was cooked to perfection—tender and juicy—while the kebab was packed with flavor and grilled beautifully. You can tell the kitchen team really cares about quality ingredients.
The Service
What truly took the night to the next level was our server, Juan. He was EXCELLENT. Professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly, he made us feel welcomed and ensured we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to find service this polished!
I will definitely be coming back here without a doubt. Whether you’re coming for a special occasion or just a great meal, you won’t be disappointed.

The atmosphere is elegant yet warm, perfect for a romantic dinner. The service was attentive and welcoming, and every dish we tried was absolutely delicious beautifully presented and full of flavor.
You can really feel the passion behind the cuisine and the overall experience. It’s not just dinner, it’s a place where you slow down, enjoy the moment, and create memories together.
One of the best date night experiences we’ve had in Fort Lauderdale. We will definitely be coming back
The food was amazing, fresh seafood pasta, incredible scallops with caviar, and delicious desserts. Everything was beautifully presented and full of flavor.
Great service, beautiful ambiance, and overall such a lovely experience. Definitely coming back and highly recommend!
Theos is simply outstanding. From the moment you arrive, the service is excellent, and you can truly feel the difference of being attended by the owners themselves. They are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely special with all their customers, making you feel welcome and well taken care of.
The food was exceptional. We enjoyed the seafood pasta, full of flavor and perfectly prepared; the oysters, extremely fresh; and the zucchini and eggplant chips, crispy and delicious. The branzino was flawless—fresh, tender, and cooked to perfection.
Dessert was the perfect finale: the cheesecake with baklava was a unique and amazing combination, and the molten chocolate cake was absolutely spectacular.
Outstanding food, exceptional service, and a complete dining experience. Highly recommended.
We started with handcrafted cocktails, including the Santorini Sunset cocktail and a cheese-stuffed olive vodka martini, both excellent. For appetizers, we had the zucchini flowers stuffed with three cheeses, lightly battered and perfectly fried. We also ordered the Melitzanosalata (Greek eggplant spread) and Santorini fava, both incredibly authentic and flavorful, served with warm pita bread.
For dinner, I ordered the whole branzino cooked with olive oil, lemon, and capers, it was fresh and flaky. My hubby had The lamb shank over orzo wow! It was tender, rich, and full of traditional Greek flavor.
Dessert included a moist coconut cake with coconut ice cream and classic Greek baklava, both outstanding.
From the food to the service and the friendly family atmosphere, Theo’s Estiatorio offers a true taste of Greece in Fort Lauderdale. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic Greek cuisine, fresh seafood, and a great dining experience.
When we visited, the restaurant was only about half full, yet the noise level was surprisingly loud. We actually had to sit next to each other just to talk in a normal voice. I truly hope they address the acoustics, because the food deserves a more comfortable atmosphere.
We started with the octopus, which was fresh, tender, and beautifully prepared — a wonderful beginning.
For my main course, I had the lobster pasta. The lobster meat was folded into the pasta itself, and for presentation they included the shell to show where the meat came from. A classy touch. The pasta was excellent, and the portion of lobster was generous — a truly delicious dish.
My wife ordered the lamb shank, and wow — it was cooked with real care. Fall-off-the-bone tender, full of deep flavor, and easily one of the standout plates of the evening.
Overall, Theos Estiatorio offers a fantastic dinner experience. It’s on the higher end price-wise, but very much worth it for the quality and passion behind the food.
