This location is not as good as the other locations in the city. I purchased a pomegranate iced tea for pickup and when I went inside on the shelf was just the cup and a piece of paper. I went up to the desk to inquire about a straw and the person working there directed me by pointing his finger to another counter, even farther away saying the straws are over there. If I order a drink, why would a straw not be included in my drink? I frequently go to Milford and Crestview hills locations. I’ve never had to go looking for a straw. But secondly, worst of all the tea was very watery. It did not taste like it normally does so not only has the customer service been displeasing at this location, the tea itself after I took the first sip went right into the trash. I wasn’t even going to bother to tell the person behind the counter how watered down their tee was because they didn’t even want to help me with a straw. So what would be the point?

The place was clean. I assume the manager, who was wearing a black shirt was very kind and directing staff to what the correct temperature of the soup should be, which I appreciated for food safety. The staff was friendly as well. My food was good.

I love a good breakfast in the morning, but I had to stop by my local Panera Bread to grab an orange cranberry muffin and a Fiji salad with two sides of Cesar dressing and, of course, orange juice! My experience was fantastic—excellent customer service, clean and warm, welcoming environment. I will definitely recommend this location. Thanks, Panera!!!

They accidentally got my order wrong, but the guy at the front desk wearing a black shirt—possibly the manager—was extremely kind and professional.
He fixed my order immediately, kept apologizing, and even insisted on giving me a free drink and a cookie. Amazing customer service!

I’m not usually one to make reviews, but what I saw the other day was disturbing. I was helped by “Brad”. He made very offensive jokes to me, which was only funny to him. I brushed it off but then when I was waiting for my food, I saw how he was talking to the other employees… very condescending and bossing people around when he wasn’t even making the food. I noticed the distress from the other employees and I feel for them. I know how a toxic work environment can be and I hope Panera can see this and do something about it..
