If you want hot and fresh food do yourself a favor and drive 15 minutes south to the one in Exmore. Everytime you go here the food is old like it’s sat under the warmer for hours. The customer service isn’t too much better either.

I walked up to the counter to order. The girl comes to the register with a coat and hood on which isn’t a good look in a food establishment but as cold as it was in there I can’t much blame her. Their heat must be broken because it was so cold in there I had to go sit in my car and eat. Plus she didn’t even say a word to me other than my total which is rude. The food was not fresh either and when I went back in she still didn’t say anything to me just had them remake my food and acted like I was bothering her for doing her job. I said thank you and she said NOTHING! I stopped coming here a year or so ago because the food was never fresh and figured I’d try again but nothings changed.

Watched person making the food grabbing the chicken and throwing it into fryer bare handed. Mentioned to the (maybe) manager in front and she told the person making the food “he said you don’t have gloves on.” Maybe instead of calling out your customer, just tell your staff to use gloves.

I do not like breakfast biscuit sandwiches or fast food biscuits in general, but THIS BISCUIT!? It was soft and flaky and buttery. I haven’t been to Hardee’s in years, but I will return for a sausage, egg, amd cheese biscuit.

My chicken tenders were tiny, so the French fries look really big next to them. They tasted good, but not worth the price. The bathrooms were dirty, yuck.

Truly the worst. Disgusting. Couldn’t write this while I lived there because the community is too small. Even if you’re driving through, avoid this place. Absolutely bad. Go to McDonald’s, which is decent. And the Mexican place catty corner from this place, across from the Royal Farms gas station, is pretty good. The Mexican place also serves breakfast.

I’ve never been to a Hardee’s before so this was the first time. I didn’t really have any expectations besides another “fast food restaurant.” I must say despite the slow service, the food was delicious! I got a bacon cheeseburger which was so fresh and juicy, along with a chicken strip basket. The best part of the restaurant was the bbq sauce. They give you sweet rays bbq which is the best! I would highly recommend going to Hardee’s.

Awful! Place was dirty. Bathroom and front end of store. My soda was almost all ice. And my burger looked like someone sat on it! I couldn’t even taste the burger it was so very thin. And I thought hardDee’s had ice cream. Apparently not!

The food’s not bad, but it’s a hit hit or miss when getting what you ordered or the so called value. Case in point: ordered 4 of the 2 for $5 roast beef sandwiches. 1 was ok, 2 were disappointing, and the last was a sorry excuse where whoever made it needs to go through training. Bun was completely smashed and no where near enough meat to call it a sandwich.
