Waited 8 minutes to order at the drive thru, another car was in the other lane first. But they took my order first. Waited behind 3 cars to pay and get the food, took 30 minutes to get to that window. Food was ice cold. So I go inside to get fresh food, waited another 20 minutes before someone spoke with me. I waved to them and they put their finger up to say wait. After I spoke to someone (had a managers shirt on) she said ok, sorry. I then waited another 15 minutes for replacement food. Walked back out to my car and the cheeseburger was cold and the fries were barely luke warm. I did not go back in because I was already there for an hour. Worst mcdonalds I have been to. Avoid it, not worth the hassles.

Ordered from this place multiple times, and every time I’ve had problems with my order.
Last time I Ordered, I received regular burger patties on my double quarter pounder with cheese, instead of the quarter pounder patties.
This time, I Ordered 4 breakfast bagels with extra breakfast sauce. 3 out of 4 of the bagels were so burnt they were inedible. Save yourself the hassle and just go to a different mcdonald’s. Thats what I’m doing next time

I door-dashed mcdonald’s and i payed for extra ranch, apart from already asking for ranch. did not get ANY! This is outrageous. this is the 5th time they forgot my dressings. i didn’t say anything before because it wasn’t a big deal but how do you skip over 4 ranches?

Ordered pumpkin pies. Manager said 6 mins to cook and we received apple pies not pumpkin. Claimed we wanted apple. We said we could wait for the pumpkin. And had to go back in for correct food. Store wasn’t even busy and still messed up order.

They never have frappe or macchiato. Go there and test it they just do not feel like making it. The workers there are miserable. They claim the machines need to be cleaned I been going there since they opened about 5 times and they never had what I wanted. Even the pies they didn’t have.. it’s actually the worst McDonalds I ever been to.

Stopped in the drive thru for breakfast before work. Apparently no one is working in this 24 hour McDonald’s for breakfast. 7:30am on a Tuesday (9/2), and no one acknowledges me or the person in the other lane for 5 minutes. Great service.

Shout out to the PennsGrove location. Ordered 18 meals for students today and the process was flawless. The order was done quickly and 100 percent correct down to the drinks and sauces. They even helped me load my car with the order. Thank you you made 18 fifth graders very happy today

Can’t rate the food when you never get the full order I’ve doordashed with them a few times and I always ask for bbq sauce they wrote on a napkin no free sauce but at the same time I was missing 2 mcchickens everyone there always seems miserable just go to a different McDonalds
