Stopped by the Bissonnet location on a Friday night and mannnnn, same great quality, same good service.
Customer service is always A1 at the food truck and the same is here at this place. The young lady working the register was very nice and polite, she had a great attitude and was very helpful. They hand you a menu and ask if you have any questions , they will answer them for you right away.
That salmon cheesesteak is a hit every time. They don’t cut any corners, it was filled to the max. That soft amoroso roll soaks up all the juices. It was stuffed with so much salmon and peppers it literally was falling out every time I took a bite. Good mix of cheese, it wasn’t overpowering the flavor of the salmon so that’s good.
I ordered the 12 inch, with a large fry. And 2 drinks. I’m not a fan of sugary drinks but they convinced me to try the Crn’ack and it was quite good. I also got the 3.5, I think it was a mix of all flavors, it was pretty good too.
It was more than enough for me, my son and my 18 month old. We were full halfway thought eating it but it was too good to stop.
Chef JL was in the place and he made sure to stop by every table and ask how the service and food was. There was other workers who came out to the tables as well to check on the quality and service.
I’ll definitely be back, as this is way closer than Katy to me so it will be a weekly date night spot for me and the family.

Let me start by saying I had high hopes for this place, especially for them to say they have the “best in the city”. Unfortunately this is untrue for the food truck in Katy. I ordered 2 cheesesteaks online (salmon & beef/chicken mix) only to find out after my order was nearly 10 mins behind that my Stay Kickn was unavailable. No problem right…wrong. They refunded me $13 for a $17 sandwich and kept the tax. So I just paid $27 dollars for a $18 sandwich worth of disappointment. The pics tell it all! Thrown together and BEYOND mediocre (like it came from a can..tuna fishing). I wont be back! You only get one “first impression”, & all I got was a price tag and one less sandwich. Service was not friendly and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone although they came strongly recommended.

Omg!! The food is a 1000/10. I bought the beef Philly meal and egg rolls and it did not disappoint. The customer service was AMAZING and I will definitely be going back and promoting their business. Hey yall better go get yall one!! Kudos to a job well DONE!!!

Service was great. Ordered the salmon Philly cheesesteak didn’t really taste any salmon inside but definitely had good flavor. Order some lemon pepper wings and they were . The loaded fries were good also. The egg rolls were really tasty also. Over service was great will definitely come back and check them out.

Super good food, went to the katy location. Went out of my way to get this! Didn’t disappoint, I dont normally like bell pepper or onions! But they made it taste super good, I would love to go to the main location to get it made by the man himself! Would definitely recommend

We drove 30 minutes in the rain to the Katy location passed it up the 1st time due to lightning issues. We ordered 3 cheesesteaks sandwiches, 15 pieces tenders and 2 of the egg rolls. The portions were good however, the chicken tenders was extremely salty to the point that it couldn’t be eaten however they were tender. The cheese steaks the same salty, salty, and salty. Customer service was absolutely great some of the best that I have ever experienced.

First time trying this food truck. Lots of choices in the menu. We had the loaded fries, loaded dog and three tenders. All were very tasty. My daughter got three tenders. They were so huge that she couldn’t finish them all.

This place claims to have the best Philly cheesesteaks in the world. Let’s explore why that is the most fraudulent statement ever made.
1. Depending on where your park, you might not get to see the entire menu. The main menu is about ten feet away and to the side while a mini menu is what’s out front. Even though the big menu could fit up front.
2. The customer service was poor, at best. The person who took my order just kind stood, playing on his phone and never said one word of greeting until I spoke. And it was pretty much the same treatment when I received my order.
3. The food was greasy and flavorless. I would expect food that brags about being the best in the world would at have some kind of flavor, even if it wasn’t a good flavor, but it was void of any. And on the top of that, everybody in my house who i brought food to had to make multiple bathroom visits that night, if you catch what I’m saying.
Myth overall thought about this place is that, while you get alot for the money, it still isn’t worth it. They use social media to create a hype that they just don’t live up to. Not sure whether it was just a bad day but it was enough to not get a return visit from me. 1/2 ⭐️

The food was absolutely amazing! The service was great. Food was served in a very timely manner. I find a lot of places on social media that don’t match up to the hype. Tastee Buds does. We fed a family of 5 for $60, and we had food to take home. Servings are huge. The Phillys, the fries and the eggrolls were everything. So worth the drive and money. Just go, you won’t be disappointed. It wasn’t like oh this is alright, it was frfr good. And location is wonderful because there is a great ice cream shop right in the same parking lot. Win win!
