It was my first time at this chain, and it is slightly pricey but the food and service were awesome!

Im not sure what their “cane’s sauce” is based off of.. probably mayonnaise but possibly mustard.

It is really delicious, though. In future I wouldn’t get a second cup of sauce because they filled my little plastic sauce cup to overflowing – might be by location.

The 3 tenders meal comes with shoxkingly good fries, a piece of garlic bread and a soda, so yeah $12 with tax seems like a lot, but you could totally split this meal between two people (with an extra drink or water)

*** Edited because of all the “salty” reviews. The fries aren’t salty at all. I think I put about 6 tiny salt packets on my fries. (No high blood pressure, not fat) I just like things seasoned properly.

People have gotten weird about salt in the last ten years.

For the price that you pay the Chick-fil-A is a ripoff. Here I enjoyed the simplicity the mixture of music nostalgia. 3 finger combo you get way more chicken than Chick-fil-A. Raising cane was worth it. My new lunch spot!. All they need to do is perfect the drive-thru line that’s all they got to do if they can match it they’ll be golden

This was a second visit. I had been given a gift card and made the trip out. Lunchtime was relatively quiet, so it was quick to order. Cashier was really friendly and helpful. From the first visit someone had mentioned if you wanted to swap items in the combos you could, but I didn’t think to ask. I got the Box Combo and mentioned no coleslaw, so the cashier asked if I wanted extra sauce, toast, or fries. I went with fries.

The order came out quickly. I got it to go to run some errands and eat later. Food was good. Fries were a mix of crispy with a little softer (which were fine.) Seasoned, but not overly salty. While it may be just misremembering, I feel like the tenders were also better seasoned this time around.

I feel like the prices skew just a little high, but I’ve had good experiences at this location. It’s not close, so maybe the occasional treat.

I come here every time I’m in the area to get some of that good ole Cane’s sauce. That flavor is literally finger licking good . I love to get butter on both sides of that toast and the exchange of the coleslaw for extra fries. You can never go wrong with this location, it’s all about being consistent and for the most part they always meet the bar. Everyone is nice and speaks great English and both of those attributes are extremely difficult to find especially at a fast food place around here. Thank you for training your staff good manners and hiring the right people who can do the job! I look forward to coming again!

I went through the drive-thru, and purchased the three tender meal with fries. I found the chicken tenders to be just “okay”, while the fries were soggy and definitely not crisp. They asked me if I needed ketchup for the fries, and then didn’t put it in my bag. The attendant was very pleasant. Not sure if I will try again, or not. Perhaps the food is better if you don’t have to drive with it before you get to eat it. Frankly, I prefer the tenders at Chick-fil-A. I know that that is a matter of preference, though. I can’t see myself coming into the restaurant to sit down because I have heard that they play the music really loud and that is definitely not the atmosphere in which I like to eat. Honestly, the foods should be packed better, for to-go patrons, in a way that somehow allows it to retain some of its crispness and taste.

$12.75 for four pieces of chicken tenders, less than a handful of fries, and 1 tbsp of coleslaw! That’s ridiculous. In addition to that, they didn’t even have napkins near the soda machine or anywhere. Every time we ask for napkins from the register, they gave us four pieces at a time. They didn’t even refill the napkin container.

Prices are ridiculously outrageous. Is it thievery? Overcharging for three to four pieces of tenders And they can’t even refill the napkin machine.

Probably one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in quite awhile. Some of that I think is due to just how new this location is but the place was spotless, I was greeted by workers behind the counter as I came in, and my order was ready in almost no time at all. They even offered to throw away my trash for me when I was done. I haven’t even gotten to the food yet. The tenders were so crispy and juicy. It’s so easy to overcook a chicken tender and all the ones I got in the “box” were perfectly done. I’d recommend getting one extra sauce if you like to dip your fries but one was enough for 4 tenders.

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a bad Raising Cane’s. It’s a well run franchise and this location is no exception. From the food to the service, to the cleanliness, everything was great. I do agree with a lot of other reviewers; the music is too loud, which makes people talk loud, which made for a slightly unpleasant dining experience. That being said, I look forward to coming back here soon!
