They need to fix their gift card machine. Three times I have been at the drive thru and tried to use my gift card and the machine will not take it and it is good. Of course they cannot take it because machine will not work..come on BK…get your act together.

This restaurant is usually very good so I’m unsure of what’s happened. Based on the conversations going on between the manager and the employee working the drive thru multiple people and managers quit. I was only inside to return to get my burger corrected but when I got home I realized that the burger was just as poorly made and the manager was preparing the burgers so I’d just avoid it until they can get the staffing figured out. After having the burger made a second time I just gave up, they also don’t answer the phone and we waited almost half an hour in the drive thru the first time.

The Whopper doesn’t come with cheese. You ask if I want cheese and I say NO because I’m lactose intolerant. You put cheese on it anyway…. Why do you even ask if I want cheese when everyone knows the sandwich doesn’t come with it? I’ll let you know if I want cheese. It’s wonderful driving back to the restaurant to ask for a Whopper without cheese like it’s a specialty item and I didn’t ask for cheese in the first place.

Don’t get a “melt” at this location. Their manager Rachelle tried to tell me this bread was toasted. That’s the lightest toast I’ve ever seen and she would not give me my money back. She did not apologize that I was an unhappy customer. I’ve never heard of a place not giving your money back if you are not satisfied with your food. This is a very poor policy, and I will not be returning and I guarantee she will not care if she loses customers.

Update 4/3/23: I’ve raised the rating to five stars, as this restaurant has been consistently diligent in making great food with a friendly atmosphere! I now go here for lunch at least every two weeks.
Latest visit Jan 29th, 2019–I have returned my rating to four stars, as the service and the food have significantly improved! The atmosphere has returned to one of friendliness and service! I am leaving my prior complaint here for now, as the “manager” who was promising to retire is apparently still working there, but is trying to make a change for the better, so I’ll withhold further judgement until I see it for myself.
10/20/18 Update: This was a five star rating, but when I took my children in for dinner last week, the so called manager was the grouchiest curmudgeon I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with in a long time. He took our order, got it all wrong, and never apologized. Just grumbled about how he couldn’t wait to retire soon. I’ll wait til he’s gone to attempt coming back here. Also, there was a disgustingly large population of flies that pestered us as we ate. Nope, it’s drifting back to the yuck that it once was. -original review:This is the first time I’ve been back here since 2015. That last time was awful; high school kids goofing off in the kitchen area, dirty and freezing cold dining room, and subpar food.
All of the yuck is gone! !
There has been a much needed makeover of the decor, the service, and the quality of the food! The dining area has been completely renovated, now providing a warm mix of wood and exposed brick, and the temperature was actually comfortable, too!
The food and service matches the welcoming experience that the dining room creates.
And most importantly to me and my family, NO TELEVISIONS! ! The background music is classic light rock, played unobtrusively.
I’m happy to say that the Burger King is back in Springboro , and I look forward to returning soon.

My friend and I went in around 1:30 pm we ordered 2 whoppers. One coffee and a fountain drink the burgers were cold the fries were cold. I observed an employee setting on a food preparation table and then he got up did not wipe the area off and then prepared a customer’s order. Needless to say we will not go back to this burger King in Springboro, Ohio

Heaven called and wanted their burger back this was the best Whopper I’ve ever ate it’s like it actually came from Heaven and it was so good if I wasn’t full id buy me another Whopper. The Restaurant was so clean and the Employees were so kind my Whopper looked just like the picture and was blessed it was so good. Blessed !

WORST BURGER KING EVER!
Placed a mobile order & waited nearly 30 minutes in the drive through lane only to be handed a bag missing my french fries. So had to go inside and was met by the rudest young man (maybe the manager)? I told him my fries were missing, he gets them & hands them to me with no apologies whatsoever. I commented I guess you’re having a rough night to which he replies they’re short handed (not my problem). Funny, there were 3 of them standing at the counter with no customers waiting and no one in drive thru.
Why BK doesn’t start making mobile orders until you arrive is beyond me. What’s the point of placing one then??
