The Food was the absolute worst! I took it back to ask for a refund and was told as of May 1st refunds were no longer an option, so the Food was remade. The whooper appeared as if an entire jar of mayo was heeped on it. I called back to the store to speak to the manager and he was rude!! If you don’t like your job find something you do like. Burger King you should choose better employees.

The reopening has definitely made some changes. Came through the drive thru and the young lady that took my order was really polite and she had a smile on her face. The woman working there this morning seemed mad at us for making her do work. My husband ordered his first item and before he could even finish it she said anything else and then when we asked for ketchup and jelly in the bag she just repeats her total instead of acknowledging that we spoke to her just all around rude as hell. My hash browns weren’t cooked all the way.

Ordered two whoppers. First off i told him two orders but never said separate. He made them separate checks and claimed the computer wouldn’t let him combine them back which i know is a lie simply because i work in the food industry. Burgers didn’t have lettuce nor onions and i wasnt told that they were out of either. Didn’t greet me when i ordered or when giving me my order. I know teenagers need jobs but this was horrible service. I hate going out to restaurants now because customer service sucks
