Everything is incredibly fresh and you can taste the difference immediately. The sauces are rich and flavorful, the pasta is perfectly cooked, and every dish comes out beautifully prepared. Nothing feels rushed or mass-produced — it’s real, authentic, and absolutely delicious.

Good Italian food, cozy atmosphere, and excellent service. The pasta tasted homemade, the flavors were rich and authentic, and the wine paired perfectly. A wonderful dining experience — will definitely be back! The only suggestion is to start serving bread with olive oil on the house as it’s a common thing for italian restaurants.

Our team recently had our team building luncheon (we work remotely) at Rosalia’s and we had such a great time, we enjoyed the great food, camaraderie and atmosphere! From the appetizers, to the soups and salads and entrees, everything was so delicious and they give you plenty of food that most of us had to go boxes when we left. They were so good that I even ordered to go for dinner later, with extra garlic rolls which were yummy. Shout out to Cole who took our orders and delivered them to our table without any hitch and to the chef(s), who cooked our food to perfection. We also met the lovely owners Rosalia and Dante who obviously take great pride in making sure that their customers’ Italian culinary experience is exceptional. I’ll definitely be back to try other dishes and bring my husband along so he can try the margherita pizza. What can I say, if you love authentic Italian food, what are you waiting for? Try Rosalia’s, you won’t be disappointed!

Rosalia’s is truly the best Italian place I’ve ever been to. Rosalia is just the sweetest person, and the customer service is always top tier. The vibes are very peaceful and relaxing, sometimes with a live pianist. I have never had a bad meal here but today I learned of their special menu and tried the blackened grouper cajun pasta, and this is now my favorite dish that I will be ordering every time. If you don’t try this when you come, you’re missing out! Food is so good you will keep eating it even if your tummy hurts. And the vibe and atmosphere really make you feel like you’re in Italy.

I have been here a few times now and haven’t had a bad meal yet. Everything from appetizers to dessert has been delicious. Today, I had the calamari and Cajun grouper with cream sauce…Perfection! I tried my wife’s cannelloni, and again, perfection. You can tell that much of this is made in house. Next, I will try the mussels.

I’ve been twice recently to Rosalia’s and have been very happy with my experience. The wait staff has been friendly, attentive and helpful. The atmosphere has been great and the food delicious. The presentation was spot on and the price was reasonable. I visited their previous location and were regulars when they were on San Jose Blvd. I was optimistically hopeful their Old St Augustine location would be good. I am happy to report, they are equally as wonderful as their previous location. If you haven’t checked it out, be sure to give them a try.

If you like amazing Italian food, stop by and see the great wait staff. They make everything from scratch. Prices are good and great date night place. I bring all my co workers for lunch. Their 2 slices and drink special for lunch is delicious and easy on the wallet.

This restaurant absolutely ruined our Valentine’s Day. We have dined at and ordered from Rosalia’s weekly for 2 years and to say we are greatly disgusted is an understatement. My family showed up to our 7pm reservation and were told it was not until 8. We made the reservation 2 months in advance and spoke to Rosalia about the reservation a couple weeks prior. The owner who knows exactly who we are had us standing in the lobby for an hour and didn’t even have the decency to acknowledge us or apologize. Instead a waitress with curly hair in a pony tail asked my 87 YEAR OLD FATHER WITH ALZHEIMER’S to get up from an unoccupied booth that was then vacant and stayed vacant for an additional 45 minutes. Then the host asked me, my 2 year old and 5 month old to leave the lobby to stand in the cold when there is seating by the bathroom they could have offered to us. After waiting an hour we were finally seated at tables that were unoccupied for the hour we waited there. After being seated for another hour a member from my party had to go to the Mexican restaurant next door to get our kids chips because they were starving. We finally at 9:20pm received our food and shortly after Rosalia came over and asked how everything was. When we shared our frustrations she accused my mom who made the reservation of being a liar, immediately became defensive and used COVID as an excuse then walked away. After reading reviews on the restaurant tonight I can see I am not the only customers who have experienced being treated like this. Just read their responses to others reviews to get and idea on how they do business. Completely unprofessional. We are business owners ourselves and completely understand that running a business during a busy holiday is not easy and have compassion for that. It was not the wait or subpar food that was served that prompted this review but the way we were treated.

I love coming here. Rosalia is so sweet and I have never had a bad meal or time. Lots of locals/regulars come to the bar for drinks and food and it’s always fun to see this type of community come together in a lovely local and authentic Italian restaurant.

On my visit, I tried the Eggplant Parmesan, and it was delicious. The eggplant was nicely breaded, then layered with tangy marinara sauce and melted cheese that stretched with every bite. It had a good balance of flavor and texture—hearty, and satisfying.
The service was equally impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the experience feel warm and inviting without ever being rushed.
With its cozy setting, Rosalia’s is a spot I’d return to—and next time, I’m trying the pizza!
