I ordered 3 meatball subs with 2 cokes for delivery yesterday. Total was only like 30 gave a 5$ tip to open the box and see this. First time ordering a Meatball Sub from Subway since it reopened. I was upset to see how poorly put together they were, presented, and the lack of ingredients (doesn’t appear to be sauce) for them being the 12″ sub. Needless to say, we asked for a refund. I told them they could keep the tip that I gave the delivery driver, and charge me for the 2 cans of coke. They put my name in a notebook for 50% off my next order. Although, if this is what Subways come to, I don’t know I’ll return. The one and only reason I used to eat there all the time was for the Meatball Subs.
Today I mentioned the Owner in a comment on one of his posts to Facebook. He was very rude and assumed I just wanted to hurt hus business and carried on talking about how I was only upset with how they were wrapped and then made a joke about having his staff go home to watch Gorden Ramsey. I informed him that my expectations were obviously too high to request food that doesn’t look like it’s been tossed around. Pics below. I’m typically not one to complain about food but when you’re spending 30$ for 3 child sized subs that look like they’ve been prepared for a soup kitchen, you need to say something. Now I had no intention on making this review but after the owners comments and deleting my post I feel this is needed.

This family owned, local pizza & sub shop makes pies as good as Pizza’s & Cream. Awesome sauce! Salads are good, subs are good and the new garlic cheesey bread sticks will curb any craving! Yum!!

Great pizza in a small town. Theirs rivals any other place I’ve tried, big cities included. This isn’t a commercial chain, and the quality shows. Had a 5 topping and a order of cheese sticks. Phew, that’s a lot of food.

It would be really really cool if I could actually sample something. I attempted last week to order & got an off handed “we only make large pizza.” I’m thinking “..and? That’s what I normally get.” She adds, “no specials.” Okaaaay.” It was so negative we decided to make our own.

I ordered an extra cheese pepperoni, the dough was raw and way too thick, and it wasn’t good tasting dough at all, smelled SOUR ..there wasn’t enough cheese on it to be a normal cheese pizza , can’t imagine how little cheese would be on that one, and the cheese wasnt even melted all the way, you could still see all the individual shreds..so apparently it wasn’t pizza cheese either Or it was OLD..and frozen certainly NOT FRESH .the sauce is NOT pizza sauce it was spaghetti sauce .. I’m sorry but that was the worst pizza I have ever had.. I think I’ll stick with Tony’s frozen pizza for $2.89at Walmart. We

Everytime i order a pizza i can never get extra sauce on it. Thsre answer is they make then a day or 2 in advance. So i have to order an old pissa that has been sitting for god knows how long. Today i asked them to please make a fresh pizza in any size as long as i can have lots of extra sauce before the cheese is added. I said id pay extra. And i asked for sauce on the side to dip my crust in. So i get it home barely any sauce on my 15 inch pizza. No recipe of coarse. And they forgot the sause on the side she had to go back in to get it. They gave me 1 small sauce. NEVER AGAIN. WORST PIZZA IN THE WORLD

The worse pizza I’ve ever had. Hardly any toppings, the crust was nasty. The so called Philly cheesesteaks was so gross. It was put into a oversized hot dog bun. I’ll never go there again.

Subway Pizza is a hidden gem in Spencer, WV. The Pizza’s are made to order and when you say extra cheese that is what you get. Sub sandwiches are also great, but you also need to try taco salad. OMG!

I’d Sa at 4.5. Would be c amazing to have gluten free options (such as a gluten free crust amd leaf lettuce/ cabbage to make sandwiches without bread). Otherwise, great experience. Highly recommended!
