We ordered Individual pizzas- larger than we thought! Lots of vegan topping options, also an order of seitan bites – teriyaki. Service was great and quick- friendly staff. The seitan was delicious- but while you can eat a lot of them- they may keep
you full for 24 hrs lol.
They have a regular menu with pizza and usual pizza shop grub but a ENTIRE vegan menu which had great choices.
We got the vegan mozzarella sticks- they where great! Vegan mozzarella sticks are a rare come by! We also shared a personal vegan pizza which was GREAT. Love that the place embraces vegan menu and makes great food. Also exciting to find a vegan place in a Jersey Shore area that has more than just a “veggie burger”- stop in, you will love it
The spot is so cute it has such a cool vibe to it and its ambiance was so unique! Little area for movie watching and like a cool neon astro galaxy vibe- never seen anything like it!
The girl at the front was super nice and service was awesome. We ordered something not on the menu, but it definitely should be – VEGAN PENNE VODKA PIZZA!!!!! Are you KIDDING?! loved it so much. Tried the fried ravioli and jalapeño poppers as well, poppers were so spicy for me but my bf loved.
Definitely returning to try everything else and will update when i do!!!
The first photo is from last week and the second is from 2020. Both are what i received as is.
edit: i love supporting small businesses and having worked in the food industry, i realize it gets tough. thanks for your quick response and i can’t wait to order soon thanks for the advice as well!
While we waited at one of their completely empty outdoor tables, we were eventually handed the pizzas—only to be told we weren’t allowed to sit and eat there. I explained, as I had on the phone, that we were dining in and just trying to save time by ordering ahead. Despite this, we were still not allowed to stay, even though there were plenty of empty tables both inside and out.
In the end, we had to sit on the curb next door to eat. My kids were stunned, and so was I. It felt like extremely poor management and terrible customer service. Truly a disappointing experience.
Follow up to your response:
While I appreciate you turning it into the fact that I spoke about my timing, this is entirely a Customer Service issue.
Your process is your process and I respect that.
However – I had mentioned I was dining in over the phone, you claim you did not hear me say that and would’ve told me otherwise. Ok, miscommunication- no big deal. It is not listed/ or as a customer I did not see it anywhere that you are not allowed to pre-order and dine in – either on your website or in your store.
The right thing to do from a Customer Service perspective, as someone who is in fact in Customer Service, would chalk it up to a misunderstanding and apologize and inform me that going forward, that’s not how you operate. No harm done and everyone would go on their way. Happy. Especially because all of your tables were empty. Instead, I had to inform my kids that even though we ordered from your restaurant, we were not allowed to sit and eat there. It’s absurd. Like I said, inappropriate communication/customer service.
